Disclaimer
Information contained in this presentation is presented ”as is,” without warranty of any kind. In particularly, Humor That Works, its employees, officers, members, fans,
friends, acquaintances, and people who have mistakenly used the phrase ”humor that works” in a sentence, make no warranties, representations, expressed or implied,
as to the fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of any product, apparatus, service, image, idea, font, joke, pun or story, or the usefulness, completeness, or
accuracy of any processes, methods, memorized text, or other information contained, described, disclosed, implied, not implied, inferred, referred, or thought about
 herein.

Additionally, the following disclaimers hold true for the aforementioned presentation that follows:

 1. Humor That Works makes no claims that they have solved every problem and has the perfect, one-stop-shop, one-size-fits-all, no-holds-barred, guaranteed-to-
work-all-the-time solution, but rather is presenting ideas to help push forward the ideas and theories presented here.
 2. This presentation is not your standard-fare, taxi fare, or laissez-faire when it comes to training. This presentation will be Interactive and Fun. This interaction and fun
will not hinder the audience’s ability to comprehend, understand, retain or otherwise use the valuable content that follows. In fact, it is likely said interaction and fun
will enhance the audience’s ability to comprehend, understand, retain or otherwise use the valuable content that follows.
 3. While Humor That Works employs smart, talented, educated, charming, and handsome people, Humor That Works also understands that the Audience is Smart.
Humor That Works does not pretend to be an expert in the field in which the audience is working. In fact, Humor That Works can almost guarantee that Humor That
Works does not know nearly as much as the audience about the company, industry, region, building, customers, clients, users, or anything else in which the audience
 interacts.
 4. Rather, Humor That Works contends to be an expert in training, facilitation, humor, simplifying concepts, and, using humor to be more productive, less stressed, and
more awesome. The goal is for every audience member (every single one, no audience member left behind), to look for One Idea that will change the way they work.
One idea that is new to them, or perhaps just a reminder of something they’ve learned before, that causes them to change the way they work for the better. That’s it.
Only one single idea. That’s not so hard, is it?
 5. Finally, Humor That Works can guarantee, with near 100% certainty, and without reservation, hesitation or regret, that there will be Puns in this presentation. They
will likely be puns that make you groan, boo, or otherwise throw a hissy fit. Humor That Works makes no apologies for this and will continue to pun regardless of
audience response. These puns are not for the audience, but for the amusement of the Humor That Works presenters. After all, Humor That Works created the
presentation so they should get some say as to what’s included.
 6. There may be additional things that need disclaiming, such as items regarding liability (we are not liable for stuff, ya’ know), and endorsement (things Humor That
Works references or retweets aren’t necessarily endorsements, unless the speaker specifically says ”I endorse this” and even then you have to determine the level of
facetiousness employed). Also anything else we might have reasonably forgotten, such as telepathy, telekinesis and use of the force.

                                                                                                                                                     / drewtarvin
