              WEDDING PACKAGE
Thank you for considering Eganridge Inn and Country Club as
the site for your forthcoming wedding. Should you decide to
book with us, you will have chosen the most beautiful setting
and the finest facilities in the Kawartha region. Our award
winning cuisine, the luxury of our accommodation and the
quality of our service are recognized internationally as a world
class standard. Our premier Spa compliments our facility to
ensure that Eganridge is the perfect wedding location!

We have two very different types of facilities to host your
special day. Historic Dunsford House is a century old mansion
capable of accommodating more intimate gatherings. The
Treetops is a larger facility located in the main building.
Regardless of which you choose, you will receive our
exceptional level of service within our country setting,
featuring all of the latest in amenities and design.

Attached you will find additional information and policies
which have been created to allow us to offer you, and your
guests the level of service excellence that we at Eganridge are
known for. We urge you to carefully review this information.
Experience has proven to us that these policies, together with
appropriate planning will guarantee that your "Wedding Day"
will be everything you dream it to be. We would be happy to
offer our assistance with finding officiants, DJ, florist etc. Our
reputation is our most cherished asset. Your unqualified
satisfaction is our primary objective.
GENERAL INFORMATION
                                      Wedding Ceremonies
Brides are encouraged to make full use of our grounds, including the performance of the marriage
ceremony. Careful consideration should be taken with the timing of your ceremony to coordinate
with the timing of your reception. The ceremony should flow into the cocktail reception and the
cocktail reception into dinner. A service fee will be applied for the set up and removal of furniture
used during the ceremony. The use of marquees, tables, chairs and other associated outside wedding
fixtures is permitted at no extra charge if provided and erected by the client under the supervision of
Eganridge. A surcharge is applicable if Eganridge provides these services.

                                              Children
                             A children’s menu is available upon request.

                          Deposit Payment and Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $1000.00 deposit is required to secure the date of your choice, at the one year mark
an additional non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 is required, at the 6 month mark an additional non-
refundable deposit of $2500.00 is required. A payment of the estimated cost of the total bill will be
required one month prior to the wedding day. The balance if any, will be due prior to departure from
Eganridge. Should cancellation occur all deposits will be forfeited. Final numbers are required 30
days before your event.

                                         Property Damage
Damages and theft of Eganridge property will be assessed to those persons responsible. Otherwise, all
charges will be applied to the account of the client.

                                       Non-Smoking Policy
All indoor public areas of Eganridge are non-smoking. This includes our Dining Room, Dunsford
House, Treetops and all guest rooms.

                                               Alcohol
The dining, function, and common rooms of Eganridge are licensed by the Liquor License Board of
Ontario. All alcohol consumed on these premises must be under the supervision and control of
Eganridge Inn and Country Club. Eganridge will not extend the bar past 1:00 AM. It is the Manager’s
discretion to close the bar earlier than the contracted time if events necessitate so.

                                         Spa Reservations
The Spa at Eganridge is a very popular place. We recommend that your wedding guests make
reservations for the Spa as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. You will find a list of our spa
services and prices enclosed with your wedding package.

                                               SOCAN
All functions are charged a fee for having professional music at their function. The fee at Dunsford
House is $41.13 and in Treetops is $59.13 plus applicable taxes.
ACCOMMODATIONS
A wedding reception held at Eganridge is an extremely unique experience. Our accommodations
surround both the Dunsford House and Treetops facilities creating a feeling of exclusivity for you
and your guests. Our Events Manager handles reservations for these rooms.

            Prices will vary by season and day of the week. All pricing is based on double occupancy
                                     with additional charges for extra guests.

A WEDDING AT EGANRIDGE

The following is an example itinerary of a 7-hour wedding reception.

6:00 pm    1 Hour Cocktail Reception with a host bar♥ to be held in the lobby of your
           reception facility, if all of Dunsford House Rooms are reserved for your
           guests the Cocktail Reception may be held outdoors or in the Dunsford
           House Sunroom for an additional surcharge.

7:15 pm    Dinner service with a selection from one of our specially created, gourmet
           wedding menus.

            Our specially selected house wine♥ is poured with dinner.

            A host bar will remain available until 1:00am

11:00 pm   A late evening coffee and tea service as well as service of your wedding cake
           if desired.
ADDITION INFORMATION
    < Complimentary accommodations for the bride and groom on their wedding night
      complete with a bottle of champagne and turn down service.

    < Ballroom Rental is $750.00 on a Friday or Saturday and $400.00 Sunday through
      Thursday plus applicable taxes.

    < Tastings are available for your chosen menu upon booking of your special day (for
      two people), with the exception of some seasonal restrictions. Please contact our
      Events Manager at least one month in advance to arrange your tasting.

    < Menu prices are inclusive of dinner coffee service, freshly baked buns, cake cutting
      and late night coffee service

    ♥ 5 Hour consecutive alcohol package $37.00, each additional hour will be $7.50

    ♥ All prices are subject to applicable taxes and gratuities

    ♥ Our Chef would be happy to customize a menu for you

 Alcohol package consists of our house brands of Vodka, Gin, Rye, Rum and Scotch, Domestic Beer, our
House Red and White Wine and Soft Drinks. A 7-hour alcohol package is $52.00 per person.
