Set in our secluded gardens alongside our gazebo it is the perfect space for those looking for an outdoor wedding that’s suited to any weather.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSITS
Once you have chosen your wedding date, you may hold this date provisionally for 14 days without obligation. In order to secure
this date a deposit of £500.00 is required together with a signed copy of our terms and conditions. This is followed by a payment
of £500.00 one year prior to your wedding date with a further £500.00 payable 6 months prior to our wedding date. These
deposits are subtracted from your final balance payable.
All payments made to the Hotel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All payments made prior to cancellation are
non-refundable regardless of circumstances. Cheques should be made payable to Number 10 Hotel.
Cancellation terms and charges: -
6-3 months prior to your wedding date, 50% of your anticipated total spend will be payable.
3-1 months prior to your wedding date, 75% of your anticipated total spend will be payable.
Less than 1 month prior to your wedding date, 100% of your anticipated total spend will be payable.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
A final account based on final guest numbers will be issued at your final meeting 4 weeks prior to your wedding date, we will
require your final numbers, table plan and any menu pre-orders at this point. No refund will be issued if there is a reduction in
guest numbers within the 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Any increase in final numbers or additional requests must be
confirmed and paid 48 hours prior to the wedding date.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
Based on the minimum numbers agreed in your contract at time of booking, these numbers are chargeable for the wedding
meal and drinks (inclusive) for all wedding guests.
ACCOMMODATION
Discounted rates are available for guests attending the wedding celebrations within the Hotel. A rate will be issued to the Bride
and Groom at the time of booking, this will then be available for wedding guests to book direct with the Hotel quoting the
Wedding name. All bookings are based on 2 people sharing and on a bed and breakfast basis, all rooms are to be paid 4 weeks
before arrival and once paid are non-refundable or non-transferrable. Management reserve the right to apply a further discount
to all available rooms within the Hotel for the wedding date. This will be done at the discretion of the management.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
Whilst every effort is made to safeguard the client’s property HTH Hotels limited do not accept any liability for any loss or
damage caused, nor can the Hotel be responsible for wedding gifts or decorations that have been delivered to, or handed over to
a member of staff or representative.
Any damage by the client or guests to the Hotel grounds, bedrooms or property as a result of vandalism or negligence will be the
responsibility of the client of guests. Strictly no wines, spirits, beverages or food may be brought into the Hotel, allocated rooms
or grounds by the client or guests for consumption on the premises under any circumstances.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
The Hotel reserves the right to undergo any refurbishment/remodelling that is required to maintain its current ‘Star rating’.
