The FIS/ Uni-Europa-Cup is a cooperation between the national University sports organisation in
the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research Unisport Austria with the “Skiklub
Kirchberg Tirol” and is held within the cooperation between the International Ski Federation
(FIS) and the International University Sports Federation (FISU).

Competition
The Individual entries have to be filled on the FIS forms and sent to
skiklub.kirchberg@aon.at.
Only students with FIS-Licence who are enrolled at a university or similar institution whose
academic status is recognized by the competent academic authorities of their country may
participate in the competition.
Participates have to show an enrolment certificate or a student card of certificate from the
appropriate national academic authority certifying that the athlete is currently official
registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at a university or similar institute whose
status is recognized by the appropriate national academic authorities of their country.
Competition-Regulations
The competition will be organized according to the most recent regulations of FIS,
of FISU and technical criteria of ÖSV (Austrian Ski Federation)
3Equipment:
The FIS regulations must be observed regarding to equipment, material and participation in the
race.
Competition mode:
Giant Slalom and Slalom in two runs according to the FIS regulations
The competition management reserves the right to make changes
Costs
Registration Fee (for each competition):
EUR 10,- (without Ski pass)
EUR 20,- (with Ski pass)
For participation in several judgments the entry fee must only be paid once.
Supporters
Notices
The participant is personally liable for damage caused by gross negligence or delibarate action.
The organizer reserves the right to use photos and videos, which arise during the event for his
purposes.
The World Anti-Doping Codes is applied, in addition Alcohol is prohibited.

Zum Zweck der Presseberichterstattung BMBWF Organisationseinheit für Universitätssport /

Zum Zweck anonymisierter Statistik BMBWF Organisationseinheit für Universitätssport /
Universiaden gemäß § 40 Universitätsgesetz 2002, Reglement Unisport Austria, jeweilige
Veranstaltungsregeln des jeweiligen Studierendensport-Wettbewerbs.
Mit der Meldung erklären sich die Teilnehmer/innen des FIS-Uni-Cups 2019 einverstanden, dass
Ergebnisse, Fotos und Videos, welche während der Veranstaltung entstehen, vom Veranstalter
und vom Organisator zu Ihren Zwecken verwendet werden können.
Datenschutzbeauftragter des BMBWF ist Dr. Andreas BERGER.
Es handelt sich dabei um automationsunterstützte Datenverarbeitung von Daten besonderer
Kategorien. Die Daten werden zu Controlling-Zwecken des BMBWF (Abt. I/7 Universitätssport /
Universiaden zur Rechtfertigung der Verwendung Öffentlicher Mittel seit 2010 gespeichert.
Personenbezogene Daten werden aufbewahrt, solange für die genannten Zwecke erforderlich
ist.
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft und sofern nicht durch europäische oder österreichische
Normen ausgeschlossen auf Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und
Datenübertragbarkeit sowie auf Beschwerde bei der Aufsichtsbehörde (in Österreich
Datenschutzbehörde) Sie haben das Recht, Ihre gegebene Einwilligung jederzeit per mail an
Unisport Austria office@unisport-austria.at zu widerrufen.
Die Daten stammen aus den Quellen des BMBWF-IMES.
Die Datenbereitstellung erfolgt zur Anmeldung / Mitwirkung bzw. im Rahmen des Controllings
der Bereitstellung öffentlicher Mittel für den Universitätssport und stellt ein wichtiges
