It is one of the most scenic and fascinating train rides in the world. Both the Albula Line and the Bernina line of the Rhaetian Railway have been inscribed on the UNESCO world heritage list and are considered true showpieces from the times of the railway pioneers. Those spectacular lines manage an altitude of 1000 m – an adventurous journey through amazing landscapes!

The following morning, the Engadine sun will shine on a lush breakfast buffet which you enjoy while a harp player gently accompanies this energizing start into the day. Le Grand Hall Capacity 300 people To be pampered by being served a sumptuous Afternoon Tea in our Grand Hall, surrounded by eclectic relics from different eras, the 6 m high carved ceiling looming above – the paragon of a perfect afternoon for many guests. Everybody is welcome to leave their cares behind while lounging in this “living room of St. Moritz”, also known simply as “the catwalk” thanks to the glamour & style of our guests. Le Relais Capacity 60 people The “little sister” of Le Restaurant is a feast for the eyes with the brilliantly coloured style of the Belle Epoque. A vast window front offers a fantastic view of Lake St. Moritz. The delicious French lunch is served in a casual-yet-traditional atmosphere. Le Relais also serves as an intimate events venue.
La Diala («Mountain Fairy» in Rhaeto-Romanic) Capacity 40 people indoors, 40 people outdoors „Mountain fairy“ is the Rhaeto-Romanic name of this family-friendly restaurant in the heart of Palace Wellness. Equally light as an ethereal spirit of the air is the smart cuisine with dishes for a balanced diet that fit harmonically into a relaxing spa day. The generous sun terrace invites daydreamers to spend more magic moments in fresh air. Chesa Veglia 15 GaultMillau Points, Capacity 270 people 460 years old and still timeless: The Chesa Veglia, the oldest house of St. Moritz, radiates Alpine Chic and is the cosy retreat for the rich, famous & beautiful. Under its roof you can enjoy: 1) Original Italian pizza & pasta in the Pizzeria Heuboden (120 pp) 2) Classic French cuisine in the Grill Chadafö * (60 pp) 3) Swiss & international specialities in the rustic Patrizier Stuben (90 pp) Pre and after dinner (and of course all the other) drinks are served in the Polo Bar * as well as the Bar Carigiet. * Only open in winter.
IGNIV @Badrutt’s Palace * 2 Michelin Star & 17 GaultMillau Points Capacity 45 people IGNIV (Rhaeto-Romanic for „nest“) presents a dining concept that is the first of its kind in St. Moritz. With IGNIV the 3 Michelin starred Swiss chef Andreas Caminada focuses on the time spent together while sharing values, social exchange, comfort – and of course exceptional menu components served on platters and in pans. La Coupole/Matsuhisa @Badrutt’s Palace * 16 GaultMillau Points Capacity 100 people The name says it all! The glass dome of the former first indoor tennis hall is the characteristic feature and eponym for the restaurant of the Japanese star chef Nobuyuki (“Nobu”) Matsuhisa. Architecture and cuisine blend into a feast for the senses. “Fusion” also is the magic word when it comes to the menu which skilfully fuses the art of Japanese and Peruvian cooking. The restaurant includes a cocktail as well as a Sushi bar and offers a Private Dining Room, which has secret doors for the staff to spirit themselves in and out of. * Restaurants are open in winter only, however the venues can be booked for private events.
C l u b & B a r s King's Social House * Capacity 200 people Famed as the oldest nightclub in Switzerland, King’s Club at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel has enjoyed a distinguished reputation as a legendary night spot for generations of St. Moritz jetsetters. Last winter sees it re-born as King’s Social House in collaboration with celebrated British chef and restaurateur, Jason Atherton. Renaissance Bar – Vintage Cigar Lounge Capacity 100 people Step into this cosy time capsule, perch on one of the original swivel leather bar stools as our barchef Andrea Delvo mixes your favourite cocktail at a countertop which holds silver matchbox holders and strikers of a kind not made anymore. While waiting for your drink, you can play the traditional drinking game à Badrutt’s: Tilt a coin, put it in the outer indentation of the counter and let it roll. Whoever’s coin is first to topple over, is paying the bill! Polo Bar * & Carigiet Bar It is not a fairy tale that the drawings in the Polo Bar are originals of the known Swiss author. Nor that the Senate (Ständerat) decided in the Chesa Veglia that Romansh became the fourth national language of Switzerland. The proof can be found on the front door of the Polo bar, adjacent to the Patrizier Stuben. Equally cozy and across from Pizzeria Heuboden, discover the Carigiet Bar. * Open only during the winter season
