   As the City of Elkhart kicks off a month’s worth of Winterfest activities,
   we bring you our lighted Winterfest Parade!
   Expect to be WOWED by dancers, floats, City trucks, emergency
   vehicles and much more during one of our favorite events!
   The day’s events include Breakfast with Santa at Central Fire Station,
   The Ralph Hartnagel Memorial Skate at NIBCO Water and Ice Park,
   the Elkhart Education Foundation’s Ugly Sweater Run and Elkhart’s
   annual Christmas tree lighting.
