Scariest Halloween House Contest
Week of October 22nd - 29th
   Register your house to compete in the Scariest Halloween House Contest. The Department on
Aging, Daisy Recreation, and the public will vote for the winner. Email your address to
recreation@eastbrunswick.org by October 20 to enter your house in the contest. Bragging rights
and a small prize to the winners.

Halloween Pet Costume Contest
Week of October 22nd - 29th
   Register your special pet to compete in the Most Festive Halloween Pet Contest. Email a photo to
recreation@eastbrunswick.org by October 20 and include your pet’s name and address, along with the
owner’s name and phone number. Only the pet’s photo and first name will be posted for the voting. All other
information will be kept confidential and only used to contact the winner. All entries must be received by
October 19th. Online voting will take place October 22 - 29.

    Coach Vince brings the intensity of his Semper Fit Boot Camp class to kids! A fun and exciting way for kids to learn how to stay
fit and healthy while working out. Using his experience in the Marine Corps and combining it with the knowledge he gained
through his youth physical fitness certification to give an upbeat class the strengthens and motivates!

Farms with volunteer coaches under the advisement of EBHS coaches.

   Introductory program to Girls Field Hockey. Practices will be one night per week at the Heavenly Farms Turf Field with
volunteer coaches under the advisement of EBHS coaches. Girls need to provide mouth pieces and shin guards. Eye wear is
optional. Please let us know if you need a stick - supplies are limited. The first session on September 10th will be a FREE night to
"meet the coaches"! Participants must bring their own water bottles, towels, etc. and should not share with others.

   A fast-action field sport combining aspects of soccer, football and basketball with a flying disc. We work on throwing and
catching skills, field awareness, physical training, and plays and strategy. As a self-officiated sport, the focus is on the spirit of the
game and knowledge of the rules.

   Join the inaugural Disc Golf League at the NEW Disc Golf Course at Heavenly Farms Park. Two leagues to choose from,
Thursday night or Saturday morning. Season is 8 weeks with 18 holes played each week. Leagues will be self-officiated with
scores     reported    weekly    to   the    Recreation  Department     for   standings   and    scheduling      updates.
Participants must bring their own discs and should not share with others.

eSports with Mission Control ***NEW***
                                 Calling all Gamers!!! Recreation is partnering with Mission Control to provide eSports leagues
                                 and tournaments throughout the year. Players get the chance to play against other East
                                 Brunswick residents in leagues monitored by Mission Control and East Brunswick Recreation. A
                                 mixture of sports and action games will be offered on a variety of gaming platforms with age-
                                 specific leagues. Information related to Sports may be found at

Teens 4 Open Source (Joomla) - Fall 441701
  Join us as you will learn with hands-on guidance to build a website, update it and extend it. We will use the Joomla! platform,
which is free. We will have free hosting for the length of the class, you will have the option to extend your hosting, or create your
own free hosting account. This class will include 7 sessions each session is 2 hours. You will also be invited to attend Joom laDay
Chicago virtually on Saturday, October 17th. Your instructor will be able to guide you with the best sessions to attend.
Participant must have a computer, internet connection, and 2nd screen or tablet to work & follow along simultaneously.

Zumba with Toning - Fall 431008
   Party yourself into shape! Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. You will be
getting fit and your energy will be soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party. It’s easy to do, effective,
and totally exhilarating. The class features approximately 35 minutes of cardiovascular exercise followed by approximately 10
minutes of body toning. The class is great for all levels.

    Semper Fit Flex combines the muscle-sculpting and core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flowing strength and

    Coach Vince, a former active duty Marine turned certified fitness trainer, created Semper Fit Boot Camp as a military-style

   In this class we will be outdoors in several of our Township Parks and capture their beauty with chalk pastels. Learn
techniques, composition, and color through demonstrations and one-on-one advice. No experience needed. Art supplies will be
provided, but please bring your own chair. Attendees MUST follow social distancing guidelines and are encouraged to wear
masks.

 Crystal Springs Family Waterpark
 Keep the summer fun going throughout September! New for 2020, Crystal Springs will be open on WEEKENDS ONLY (weather
 permitting) so you can continue to stay cool in the pool! September hours are 11:00am - 5:00pm.
 As the process was during the summer, tickets MUST be purchased online prior to coming to the park. Tickets will be available
 one weekend at a time.
