Feeling a little stressed out and spun up? December
7th is National Cotton Candy Day! Much like this
sugary, sticky, webbed treat, kids often get a bit spun
up at times too! Worrying and feeling anxious is on
the rise and is considered one of America’s TOP health
problems. While there’s no miracle quick “fix”, this
class has the potential to be a transformational kick-
off to managing it and building self-worth! Through
funny and elaborate dramatizations like: Cotton
Candy Chaos, Ants at the Picnic, 1-2-3 WHACK, and
more, kids will garner 9 strategic tools to use after
they depart this workshop. Just for fun, we will also
learn the science of cotton candy and enjoy this
theme park treat. Don’t be surprised if your child has
a bit more “pep in their step” as they walk out of class.
