FAST TRACK PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT IN TRAINING PROGRAMME
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Our Fast Track (MIT) programme provides unsurpassed in-depth training of the hotel
business in just 18 months. You will spend six months each in a City Hotel, Country
Hotel and Destination Hotel (Resort/Beach Hotel). With training in two departments
at each location, you will cover: Sales & Marketing (Conference & Events), Food &
Beverage, Revenue Management, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting and
Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping and Concierge Services).

There will be even more opportunities to learn, through a variety of interactive
seminars presented by our knowledgeable L+R Hotels hospitality experts. You will
also have free access to our bespoke L+R Hotels Learning Management System,
available to you with online training modules and information. In the last 6 months of
the programme, while working in the last 2 departments, you will receive leadership
training to prepare you for a managerial role. As a Fast Tracker, you will be assigned
one of our experienced General Managers as your mentor for the duration of the
programme. With their guidance, you will work on a business-focused project,
presenting it to the L+R Hotels Executives at the end of the programme.

Upon successful completion of the programme, including your project delivery,
outstanding performance and L+R Hotels Executives' recommendation, you will
receive an L+R Hotels certificate (non accredited) and be offered a Junior Manager
role at one of our L+R Hotels.

The next intake will take place in October 2019.

MAIN CRITERIA FOR THE
PROGRAMME:

You must be eligible to work in the EU and UK
You must speak, read and write English fluently
You need to be fully mobile across the EU and UK
You must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
You must have a hospitality personality and the willingness to
work long hours, weekends and holidays
You must be agile, flexible, a multi-tasker, self-starter and a
quick learner
You must possess a multi-cultural understanding
