The Ramada Plaza FayettevilleDear Family: The 2019 Butts Family Reunion Committee is very pleased to announce hotel and registration detail for our upcoming reunion. It has not gone unnoticed that our family continues to grow in size and so we would like to get everyone together, share our history, and create new memories once again. The committee members are honored to plan and host our family reunion and hope this will continue to be an event to attend for years to come. We are working hard to put together a weekend of activities and entertainment that all will enjoy. Fayetteville, NC is vibrant with entertainment and culture, inspiring cuisine and stunning outdoor settings. Fayetteville is the home of Fort Bragg, the 82nd Airborne and the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. Fayetteville is home to several museums and is famous for being the first American city named for Marquis de LaFayette. The Butts Family Reunion will be held Friday, June 28th - Sunday, June 30th, 2019 in Fayetteville North Carolina. This year’s theme is “Bridging the Gap”. To assist with planning, we are asking that you begin sending registration fees so that the funds can be utilized for it intended purposes. Family members and guest can start sending their payments as soon as you receive a registration packet. Note: The Meet & Greet and Gala will take place at Ramada Plaza Bordeaux Convention Center.
We have reserved rooms for the family at the Ramada Plaza at the rates of $82.00 plus Tax
(13%) a night for a Single or Double room. Deadline to reserve your room is May 15, 2019, so
please reserve immediately. If you make your reservation and need to cancel, please do so 48
hours prior to check. If not you will be charged for a least 1-night stay. And if you need to
cancel, please make sure you get the cancellation confirmation number. The hotel offers full
Breakfast every day and is included in the cost of your room. The Ramada Plaza Hotels has a
Jazz onsite for Adult entertainment. Please call the hotel and make your reservations and give
them the reunion name: The Butts Family Reunion, Group ID # BUTTS1. You can also book
