 Start your outreach and brand building with students by
 purchasing a booth at NUS Career Fest 2019. Choose from the
 either Booth networking space or Open networking space -
 please refer to the floor plan here before booking.

  Interview room access (per room, per 2-hours slot) at
   additional SGD $250.
 *Limited places available, on a first-come-first-served basis. Each
 organisation is limited to two (2) time slots.

 As part of your registration, each networking area would receive three (3)
 exhibitor tags.

 No charge for additional tags, however, limited to 5 additional tags per
 networking space.

 Additional Lunch Coupons (Choose from drop down menu)
 As part of your registration, each networking space booked would receive
 three (3) complementary lunch coupons.

 Additional lunch coupon will be charged at $20 each, however, limited to
 five (5) additional coupons per networking space.

 Terms and Conditions
 Please read and agree to our Terms and Conditions:
 1. All booking must be completed via the link, https://www.gevme.com/nus-career-fest-
 2019.

 2. Booking queries should be directed to hire@nus.edu.sg. The Centre for Future-ready
 Graduates will not be responsible for any errors made in your submission.
 3. You should receive a response from us within 7 working days upon completion of your
 registration.

 4. Upon confirmation of registration, our Event Guide publishing partner, Singapore
 Press Holdings (SPH) will contact you regarding advertising placement options.
 5. Networking spaces are sold on a “first come, first served” basis and the Centre for
 Future-ready Graduates reserves the right to decline any bookings submitted.

 6. Due to space constraints, we recommend that organisations send at most 3
 representatives to be present with the networking booth space at any one time.
 7. Custom pavilion displays that require on-site construction and/or assembly need to be
 pre-approved by NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates prior to your booking
 application.

 8. All package prices are based on a per day basis, and subject to 7% GST.

 9. Cancellations are to be made in writing, stating reason(s) for withdrawal.
 Organisations are required to compensate 100% of the booth(s) fee if the cancellation is
 made after 11 December 2018.
 10. For organisations based outside Singapore, final payment must be made 30 days prior
 to the commencement date of the NUS Career Fest 2019. All payments must be made via
 telegraphic transfer, with all administration charges borne by your organisation.

 11. For organisations choosing not to take up the booth set up scheme, charges remain the
 same as stated.

 12. The Centre for Future-ready Graduates will collect data provided in the e-Survey and
 will disclose the information, only for purposes relating to NUS Career Fest 2019 only.
