WHO WE ARE

                      Jeremy started his career with roles in business development and
                      management in banking, telecommunications and construction. In 2011,
                      at the age of 24, Jeremy’s entrepreneurial drive led him to launch his
                      own commercial fitout company with projects up and down the east
                      coast of Australia. Two years later he partnered with his co-directors to
                      launch Total Fitouts, where he now serves as Managing Director. Jeremy’s
                      strategic vision for the brand has seen Total Fitouts grow quickly across

                      After completing his carpentry apprenticeship, Greg became a registered
                      builder in 1980. In 1983 he started GJ Gardner Homes and now has over
                      130 franchises throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
                      Greg was also a director of James’ Home Services and also started Smith
                      & Sons Renovations and Extensions in conjunction with Darren Wallis and
                      Corey Passey in February 2008. In 2013 Greg teamed up with Jeremy Dyer
                      and his co-directors to launch Total Fitouts. Greg plays a key advisory role

                      Darren completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of
                      Queensland, majoring in accounting, finance and computing. He is a
                      qualified CPA and began work as an accountant with GJ Gardner Homes
                      in 1994. His involvement in the daily running of the business covered all
                      financial matters, as well as assisting in the development of the current
                      franchise software program. Darren soon progressed to become the
                      current CEO of GJ Gardner Homes internationally. Darren has now been

                      Starting his career as a mechanic, Leigh decided to make a move into
                      marketing – working with companies such as GJ Gardner Homes as
                      well as publishing his own magazine. He soon progressed into the
                      operations sector of business before becoming a director of Smith & Sons
                      Renovations and Extensions in 2009. In 2013 Leigh’s skill set in operations
                      and marketing saw him become a director of Total Fitouts. He brings with
                      him a passion for clear, open communication coupled with his drive for

THE NEXT STEP

1)    If you haven’t been contacted by a Total Fitouts representative already, you can send an email
      to info@totalfitouts.com.au to organise a time for one of our team to give you a more in-depth
      overview of the business and to answer any questions you may have. We will also run you through
      our confidentiality agreement, a form that protects the Total Fitouts franchising system and the
      investment made by other franchise owners.

2)    If you decide you would like to take the next step towards joining the Total Fitouts team, we
      will ask you to complete a Total Fitouts Expression of Interest and return it to your Total Fitouts
      representative. This form requires some personal details so that Total Fitouts can assess whether
      a potential franchise is the right fit for our business and is the right fit for you. Your personal
      details are protected in accordance with the Privacy Act.

3)    The next stage will be a franchise disclosure document, this outlines legally who we are and at the
      same time we will provide you with documents for you and your advisors to review.

4)    Once comfortable with these documents you will then move on to final documents. You will be
      required to hold these for the minimum amount of time as determined by the Franchising Code
      of Conduct.
