Welcome to the Grand View Hotel Thank you for taking the time to consider the Grand View Hotel to host your special event. Built in 1851, the Grand View (the GV to the locals) overlooks beautiful Moreton Bay and is so much more than a hotel. The Grand View offers alfresco dining, superb function facilities, a wide range of craft beers and divine catering.

Cleveland Room The heritage Cleveland Room with its elegant period décor and grand ambience is the pride of the Grand View. Heritage French doors adjoin a courtyard nestled in the shade of frangipani trees and a 160-year-old heritage-listed poinciana tree. This space is inclusive of an open courtyard with magical fairy lights, in-house speakers, private restrooms & smoking area. A private bar can also be arranged. The Verandah The Verandah overlooks beautiful Moreton Bay and North Stradbroke Island. Your guests will be captivated by the breathtaking views and ambience created by this intimate venue. With bay breezes in summer and a cosy setting in winter, The Verandah is an open-plan venue for all seasons. Indoor and outdoor aspects make this space very unique, paired with a private bar and bathroom facilities. In-house speakers can be used to play music via an AUX cable. Playground Marquee Situated outdoors this space is perfect for any special occasion. A popular space for family functions, this area offers the convenience of the playground next to the marquee keeping the younger family members entertained for hours. Grass Marquee Nestled at the far end of the garden, this outdoor marquee offers a relaxed setting for a casual celebration. Gazebos Nestled in a delightful garden setting overlooking beautiful Moreton Bay and Stradbroke Island, our gazebos are the ideal outdoor location for an intimate occasion.
