1. TOUR THE STUDIO
When booking your appointment at the Edge Selection Studio, you’ll be asked to pop in for a weekend tour of our studio a few weeks’
prior, so you can get a good idea for the fittings and fixtures you’d like in your home. It’s the perfect sneak-peek into our world of
design and will ensure you come prepared for your design selection appointment at our studio!
2. VISIT A DISPLAY HOME
A great place to begin your preparations is to return to the display home that you originally fell in love with, making note of any special
features, colours or materials that inspire you. Additionally, imagining the placement of furniture within your home and establishing
if it fits with the location of electrical points such as light switches and power points will all come in handy for your forthcoming
appointment at the Edge Selection Studio.
3. Mood board
Collating images has never been easier with social media platforms such as Pinterest and Instagram. Consider creating virtual mood
boards of images with décor items, or themes of spaces that you’d like to integrate into your home. If a physical mood board is more
to your liking, then you could create a board featuring cut outs from design magazines and samples from leading paint, wallpaper and
fabric suppliers to create a visual representation of your design aspirations.

Just as you will be busy preparing for your upcoming appointment, your designers will also be working ahead of time to make sure

5. New home estimate
