$GRUMPY DeFi Disrupter
The average small town business owners (in our case
– owners of modest animal shelters) are too often
abandoned and ‘left for dead’ in a financial sense by
the highly centralised big business world of finance.
$GRUMPY aims to solve this problem and its task is a
clear one. Harnessing the community-building power
that is DeFi we are able to offer a smart-contract
based platform that can bridge the huge support void
between these honest hard working shelters and the
significant financial assistance that they need in order
make a difference.

Much like what occurred in the 1990’s with the
telecommunication industry, when companies such as
Lyca were able to be bridge the communication void
between community’s all around the globe. This
breakthrough replaced the need for reliance on the
centralised multi-national telecommunication
companies that were not interested in the interests of
the general public, in the form of a mobile phone.

This project will be a continuance of the Financial
Inclusion that DeFi is making possible in a variety of
ways, now moving away from both the traditional
expensive and inaccessible mortar and bricks
infrastructure and offer a far more inclusive
connection to the broad wide world. $GRUMPY’s aim is
to again replace the need of reliance but this time we’ll
move away from centralised financial companies by
offering a fully decentralised construction within
society, and $GRUMPY is planning to take this one
step further.

We are aiming to become the leading disrupter of
Charitable Inclusion. This project has the potential to
transform the fortunes of countless animal care
organisations across the world and, as a consequence,
transform the lives of the countless number of animals
depending on their care.

TOKENOMICS
$GRUMPY started out as a fork of Reflect.finance. This
gives our Smart-Contract the ability to utilize a
tokenomics model that is a gas-free, fully
decentralized and automated redistribution of the
$GRUMPY token. This works as a 1% fee on every
$GRUMPY transaction, which in turn is redistributed
amongst all holders in the form of a free airdrop
directly to their $GRUMPY wallets.

Both the original and maximum token supply is 100
Trillion. No additional tokens will be minted, ever. Over
71% of the original liquidity pool is locked on the
UniSwap Protocol. As the trading volume and number
of transactions increases, every holder’s balance will
increase accordingly as well. Just sit back, HODL, and
watch your $GRUMPY balance grow!

How does $GRUMPY give back?
Three Pillars of $GRUMPY:
1. Community - “All for one, and one for all!”. Our
community will always decide on what charities
$GRUMPY donates to and will always have a say on
$GRUMPY’s roadmap. Every member of $GRUMPY
can have a genuine impact on the project’s future!

2. Charity– For the foreseeable future we will collect
donations in a secure multi-signature ERC-20 wallet.
The community can track the wallet on etherscan.io to
follow its progress. Contributions to the wallet will grow
and receive the same 1% transaction distribution as
every other $GRUMPY holder. Once a charity is chosen
by the community, these funds will be donated and the
wallet will begin to refill once again. $GRUMPY aims to
donate to an animal shelter or animal-related charity
at least once per month.

3. Transparency - All $GRUMPY community members
will know what plans and objectives are officially in the
works. Communication and community inclusion are
key to a $GRUMPY future.
