Wage support
1.   Enhanced Jobs Support Scheme (JSS) [No application required]
     • Intent: offset wages
     • 25% cash grant on the gross monthly wages of each local employee on CPF payroll (some sectors
       e.g. licensed travel agents, gated attractions get enhanced support); $4,600 monthly wage cap; 9
       months funding period
     • First payout in Apr 2020
     • For the month of April 2020, wage support of 75% of gross monthly wages, for the first $4600 of
       wages paid in April 2020

2.   Enhanced Wage Credit Scheme [No application required]
     • Intent: fund wage increase
     • Receive co-funding for wage increases in 2019 and 2020
     • Qualifying employers will be notified by end-Jun 2020

Manpower support

3.   Foreign Worker Levy Support
     • Waiver of foreign worker levy due in Apr 2020
     • Foreign worker levy rebate of $750 in Apr 2020 from levies paid in 2020, for each Work Permit or S
       Pass holder

4.   SSG Training at CET Centres [To apply, please contact the CET centres directly]
     • Employers that are keen to train their workers can approach SSG-appointed CET centres or
       certifiable courses by other SSG-approved training providers
     • Enhanced time limited assistance for Tourism sector for eligible courses:
          • Enhanced course fee funding up to 90%
          • Enhanced absentee payroll funding at 90% of hourly basic salary capped at $10/hour

5.   Professional Conversion Programme for MICE, Attraction, Tours & Travel [To apply, please
     contact WSG]
     • Career conversion programmes allow employers to either (i) reskill and redeploy existing workers at
       risk of redundancy, or (ii) hire new workers who then undergo training before taking on new job role
     • Salary support of up to 90% of monthly salary (capped at $6,000 per month)
     • Course fee subsidy of up to 90%

Rental support

5.   Enhanced Property Tax Rebates [No application required]
     • Landlords of qualified commercial properties (e.g. hotels, serviced apartments, tourist
       attractions) will receive 100% property tax rebate
     • Landlords of other non-residential properties (e.g. office, industrial) will receive 30% property
       tax rebate
     • Laws to ensure property owners pass on property tax rebates to tenants

6.   Rental Waivers for Government-owned or managed properties (e.g. JTC, HDB, NParks)
     [No application required]
     • Commercial tenants (e.g. F&B, retail outlets) will get 2 months’ rental waiver
     • Other non-residential tenants (e.g. office, industrial) will get 1 month rental waiver

7.    Temporary Bridging Loan (TBL) [To apply, please contact existing bankers e.g. DBS, OCBC, UOB]
      • Max loan quantum of $5 mil, with max repayment period of 5 years
      • Government’s risk share: 90% for loans initiated from 8 Apr 2020 to 31 Mar 2021
      • Interest rate: capped at 5% per annum
      • Companies may request for deferment of principle repayment for 1 year, subject to assessment by PFIs

8.    Enterprise Financing Scheme Working Capital Loan [To apply, please contact existing bankers
      e.g. DBS, OCBC, UOB]
      • Max loan quantum of $1 mil, with max repayment period of 5 years
      • Government’s risk share: 90%for loans initiated from 8 Apr 2020 to 31 Mar 2021
      • Interest rate: subject to PFIs
      • Companies may request for deferment of principle repayment for 1 year, subject to assessment by PFIs

Capability building
9.   Enhanced Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) [To apply, please discuss with ESG and submit application
     on www.businessgrants.gov.sg]
     • Supports companies to undertake projects relating to (i) Productivity, (ii) Innovation and (iii) Market Access.
     • From 1 Apr to 31 Dec 2020, support level will be raised from up to 70% to up to 80%
     • More support could be accorded for business transformation projects for severely hit sectors (e.g. Tourism)

10. Enhanced Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) [To apply, please submit application on
    www.businessgrants.gov.sg]
    • From 1 Apr 2020 to 31 Dec 2020, support level will be raised from 70% to 80%
    • Scope of pre-approved digital solutions under PSG will be expanded to help SMEs implement safe
      distancing and business continuity measures. Examples include:-
         a) Online collaboration tools;
         b) Virtual meeting and telephony tools;
         c) Queue management systems; and
         d) Temperature screening solutions

11. Corporate Income Tax Rebate [No application required]
    • Rebate of 25% of corporate income tax payable, for Yr of Assessment 2020
    • Capped at S$15,000 per company

12. Automatic Deferment of Income Tax Payments for 3 months [No application required]
    • Companies with corporate income tax (CIT) payments due in the months of April, May and June 2020
      will be granted an automatic three-month deferment of these payments.
    • The payments will be collected in July, September and October respectively.

13. One Year Freeze on all Government Fees and Charges [No application required]
    • From 1 Apr 2020 to 31 Mar 2021
    • Examples include LTA and STB License fees, ACRA company registration fees etc.
