CRUCIAL INFO Marching Pack Pickup: Where: Kinselas, Chapel Bar When: 2:00pm to 3:30pm Marshalling Area Info: Where: Section 3 – Refer to Map When: 3:50pm to 5:45pm - STRICT 6PM CLOSE Marshalling Area Entry Rules: You will be sent an Eventbrite ticket from Mardi Gras via email. You must present this ticket along with photo ID at entry to the Marshalling Area. Please note that your Harbour City Bears Marching Pack will be the only bag permitted inside the Marshalling Area. Security will check all Marching Packs upon entry. Do not leave your Marching Pack unattended. You must remain masked at all times within the Marshalling Area. You must not leave Section 3 in the Marshalling Area. No food can be brought in, but food and drink will be available to purchase. Alcohol and illicit substances strictly prohibited.
PARADE INFO Harbour City Bears’ Parade Position is 67. We will be leaving the marshalling area at approximately 7:29pm. Please follow all instructions from your Harbour City Bears Parade Marshalls. No access past LED boundary fence to audience, no handouts or physical interaction with audience. No access past parade boundary line onto the middle of the field, this will attract a $5500 fine. Harbour City Bears will have our banner as well as 2 signs with “2” and “5” to be carried by our group. We will be looking for multiple volunteers to do this and swap between yourselves during and throughout the parade. PERFORMANCE ZONE We will do 1 lap of the SCG before reaching the starting line of the Performance Zone. Once in the Performance Zone, Harbour City Bears will be announced on a voiceover and our music will play. The music is an edited version of “I Want A Bear” by Daddy B. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
GENERAL: COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
