ABOUT LEXINGTON
Lexington is a suburban and residential feeling
city. Tree-line neighborhood streets and parks
are a common sight in Lexington. There's also
plenty to do with many restaurants, coffee
shops, bars, and parks around. Home to the
University of Kentucky, the city is very lively
with young professionals and students.
Gamedays are a popular event for graduate
students who are looking for a break from

gym. It is fairly undergrad heavy which in some weekend nights
can be noisy. Near railroad but never hear it. Pet friendly.
Maintenance is the biggest downside because they are often
slow to respond to work requests. Also close to several

“This condo/apartment complex is located 5 minutes from
Fayette Mall and 15 minutes from K-Lot stadium parking on
campus. Its a super quiet, area with mostly middle aged and up
residents. (perfect for at home studying) There is a locked
building door in addition to the apartment doors so it is super
safe.”

live. Everything is very new and the location is great. Wifi is solid

units are incredibly spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and
the two times I needed maintenance they were great at getting
back to me and sending someone to figure it out (literally the
same day). The gym area is also so nice with lots of updated
equipment, Parking is also nice that people who visit don't have
