INTRODUCTION
TEED UP’s NSW 2-BALL CHALLENGE IS BACK FOR 2021!
Following the success of our inaugural NSW Regional 2-BALL CHALLENGE series last year,
Teed Up is excited to announce the return of the 2-Ball Challenge for 2021.
This year, we are starting the 2021 NSW 2-Ball Challenge in the magnificent Hunter Valley
for the weekend staying at the Crowne Plaza for 2 nights, playing 3 rounds of golf amongst
the grapevines.
The Teed Up NSW 2-Ball Challenges are fun tournaments with teams of 2 playing against
other teams, over 3 rounds, in a Best-Ball Stableford format. The best Stableford score
from the 2 partners counts on each hole. There will be a daily competition with both the
Winners & Runners Up receiving a prize, as well as daily prizes for Nearest to Pin &
Longest Drive.
INCLUSIONS
• 2 nights’ accommodation at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley
• Breakfast daily
• Games of golf at:
1. The Vintage Golf Club
2. Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club
3. Hunter Valley Golf Course

Friday GOLF AT THE VINTAGE GOLF CLUB WITH SHARED CARTS
23rd July
2021 Make your way up to the Hunter Valley and meet the Teed Up Team
at The Vintage Golf Club in time for the mid-morning registration and
golf-briefing.
10:00am Tee times start at The Vintage
The Vintage Golf Club features an 18-hole Greg Norman designed golf
course which has been ranked among the best in Australia (Ranked
#47 in Golf Digest’s 20202 Australia's Top 100 Golf Courses). The 18-
hole course measures 6,242 meters with a par of 71 and is one of the
only Greg Norman designed public access golf courses in the Hunter
Valley and NSW.
After golf, guests make their way to the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley

Cypress Lakes, designed by Steve Smyers, is a picturesque 6,487m
par 72 18-hole championship golf course and is ranked among the
top resort courses in Australia.
This Championship layout boasts dramatic fairways shapes and
elevation changes, 60 strategically located bunkers and generous
greens that are in superb condition year round. Each tee and green
offers stunning panoramic views of the Hunter Valley’s famous
vineyards and the surrounding Brokenback mountain range.

TEED UP 2-BALL CHALLENGE TOURNAMENT
The NSW 2 Ball Challenge will see teams of two play against another team of two over 3
days of golf. Each team will play a different team each day so it will be a fun social
tournament. The winning teams from each of the 2021 Challenge events will play off at
NSW Golf Club in 2022 for the overall title of winner of the 2021 NSW 2 Ball Challenge!
The format will be a Best Ball Stableford format each day so the best Stableford score out
of the 2 partners will count on each hole. There will be a daily competition with the
winning team and runner up getting a prize, as well as an overall winning team and runner
up team. The overall winner will be the team with the best score over the 3 games.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A non-refundable deposit of AUD$200 per person is to accompany the booking form. The final non-refundable payment is due
by 1st June 2021 . No refunds are available after this date.

2021 due to Covid illness or travel restrictions you will receive 100% refund of your deposit. If your deposit was made via credit
card, any applicable credit card charges will not be included in the refunded amount.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations by the client must be in writing to Teed-Up Golf Tours and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:
• Cancellation at any time after deposit has been paid and before 20th May 2021 : 100% of deposit will be lost
• Cancellation received after 1st June 2021 : 100% of the package value lost
Teed Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or
circumstances beyond our control. Teed Up* is not responsible for any costs for other travel arrangements affected due to our
cancellations of rescheduling of any tour departure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Some of the times on this itinerary may change, but we will advise you of any changes as they are known. Travel,
accommodation, transport and ticket providers (including Teed Up) change pricing and itineraries from time to time. Prior to
you booking and paying for travel in full, all prices and itineraries in our brochure are subject to change at any time. If for some
reason the price of the tour you book with us does increase from that stated in the booking form you complete and sign then
the client has the right to cancel the tour and will receive a full refund of all monies paid as long as you advise us in writing
within 14 days of being advised of the price rise.
2-BEDROOM VILLA, TWIN SHARE & NON-GOLFER SINGLE PACKAGES
If you select a ”Twin Share” package , or book a 2-Bedroom Villa, you must nominate at the time of booking who you are
sharing the room and/or the Villa. We are unable to find a twin share partner for you, or another golfer to share a 2-Bedroom
Villa. You must also nominate if you require one bed (i.e. Queen or Double) or 2 separate beds. Please note all Non-Golfers are
assumed to be twin-sharing with a golfer. Non-golfer Single package can be custom priced – please contact Teed Up.
IMPORTANT – TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended so that you may be able to recover deposits and other payments made from the Insurer
if you need to cancel for approved reasons in the policy. AIG is our recommended travel insurer. Click here to get a quote within

and purchase the cover within a few minutes. This policy covers golf clubs up to a value of $3000, whereas many other policies
only cover clubs to $500. If you believe that you are covered for travel insurance with your credit card, please check with your
bank. Please send through your policy number and the travel insurer’s international contact number to Teed Up. Insurance can
be taken out within 12 months of the departure date.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Teed Up is not itself a transport tour, event or accommodation provider. It acts only as an agent for those service providers.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
This itinerary is accurate at time of compilation. Details may change due to circumstances outside our control. Golf courses and
accommodation may change depending on availability but will be replaced by similar standard courses and hotel where
possible. This tour includes the services of operators other than Teed Up Golf Tours. For example accommodation providers,
golf courses, transport operators and other tour operators. In making your tour arrangements, Teed Up Golf Tours acts only as
an agent for those suppliers who are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or in joint venture
with Teed Up Golf Tours or its affiliates. To the extent permitted by law, Teed-Up* excludes all liability for any loss or damage
whatsoever that may arise in any way in connection with the offer of goods and services by Teed-Up or any third parties, or in
connection with the supply of such services.
