The harbour area is sea gate of Hurppu
Hurppu is easily accessible by sea from the Helsinki metropolitan
area, the Baltic States and Russia.

The planned Hurppu Horizon Centre will be located in the
municipality of Virolahti, 14 kilometers from the E18 motorway,
which connects the cities of Helsinki and St. Petersburg. The hotel
will be located on a scenic stretch of coastline just across the
Finnish-Russian border.
Municipality of Virolahti approved the plan of business activities in
Hurppu. Municipality is also confirmed the intention to develop
Hurppu and is ready to lay the utility networks needed for the
business of the Hurppu Horizon Centre at its own expense.
