No access in case of illness

Access to the building

     Admission of students / lecturers to attendance events / examinations only with a negative
      test result which is not older than 24 hours.
     Access is only granted to people without respiratory symptoms / fever.
     If you are infected with the coronavirus, access is possible at the earliest 14 days after the
      disease has been determined and only with a subsequent negative test result. Information
      about the illness with the virus must be sent to stefanie.duell@bbw-hochschule.de.
     Travelers from risk areas are only allowed access to bbw University of Applied Sciences
      after the expiry of the period of the currently valid Coronavirus entry regulation.

Mask requirement

A mask with a medical face mask (surgical mask or a virus-filtering mask of the KN95 or FFP2
standard) is mandatory in front of and in the entire building.

Hand disinfection at the entrance

Disinfect / wash hands

After entering the building, hands must be disinfected or washed extensively (at least 20
seconds).

     The elevators are to be used individually.

Rules of conduct in the building

     The entrances and exits are to be used separately in the one-way system.
     The stairs are on the right-hand side.
     The distance requirement (1.5m) must be observed.

Rules of conduct in the seminar rooms

     Maintenance of mininum distance (1.5 m) between students and lecturer
     Wearing a mouth-and-nose cover is also compulsory in courses and examinations
     Chairs / tables must not be moved
     Students spread evenly throughout the room
     Avoid students facing each other
     Every student has ideally their own fixed seat
     No exchange of objects between students (e.g. sheets of paper, pens, Tipp-Ex, tissues)
     Course material is placed on the desk by the lecturer and collected by each student
      individually

PC Room

In the PC Room, each student only uses his keyboard / mouse. The cleaning of the keyboard /
mouse is done by the student himself after use.

Lecturer‘s Tasks

     Performing the weekly test in contact with students / guests
     Initial instruction of the students
     Ventilation of seminar rooms at least every 45 minutes
     Control if students keep minimum distance
     Control regarding wearing of mouth and nose covers
     Coordination of the individual WC visits by the students

What if you have symptoms or are
sick with coronavirus?
     Keep calm
     Call the family doctor or the public health department and discuss the further procedure
     Until you receive a possible test result or the end of the quarantine, follow the instructions of
      the doctor/health office and keep to yourself in your flat (e.g. have someone you know do
      your shopping, leave your rubbish outside and ask a neighbour to dispose of it)
     If the test result is positive, please inform bbw University of Applied Sciences
      (stefanie.duell@bbw-hochschule.de) immediately and state when you were last present at
      the university and with fellow students / lecturers
     Access to bbw University of Applied Sciences is only possible after complete recovery and
      with a negative test result
