Our own Vegetables, Fruits and Herbs.
- Apa rt from our botanical garden, our gardeners have another i mportant task: to grow part of our
vege ta bles for the re staurants, fru its for the pastry and herbs for the teas and dishes. We do not use any
chemi cal products a nd they grow naturally i n our ga rden.
- Gue s ts can watch them grow day by day a nd so on they will be presented in our re staurants and bars.

      18h30: New Ye ar´s Gala Dinner a t Winter Garden with 6 menu and Portuguese wines, water as

Energizing Massage 60 minutes
Ideal to relieve the muscular tension and fatigue by stimulating the blood ci rculation a nd renewing the
ene rgies. Th is massage is done with an infusion of plants from Quinta Splendida garden, almond oil, an d
hot or col d cre am to a pply i n the inflamed a reas. An organic massage with Ma deira Gerânium, Bay
l eaves.

Ayurvedic Massage 60 minutes
The three primal me tabolic forces i n the human body.
The mi x of these three master fo rces are responsible fo r promoting a nd s ustaining balance in the daily
an d l ifelong health.
The Doshas (Pitta, Vata and Kapha) are characterized by the energies intrinsic to each master force.

Aromatherapy 45 minutes
Cons ists in the use of essential aro mas that we re e xtracted from plants, flowers and fruits. Th e
combi nation of s oothing a nd relaxing movements with the essential oils a pplication contributes to the
ba l ance of the mental and physical health.

Relaxing neck, back and shoulders 45 minutes
Known as an extre mely e ffective massage done i n muscle aches to re lease the tension, the pressure
done varies fro m medium to very de ep, depending on the needs of each perso n.
