Educational Qualification:
The Eligibility criteria for the IBPS PO exam is Graduation Degree in any of the streams such as B.Com, B.A B.Sc, B.Tech, etc, from a University recognized by the Government of India. The
percentage of marks obtained in Graduation should be mentioned at time of registration for the IBPS PO examination. Final Year Appearing student is not allow for IBPS PO Exam.
IBPS PO 2020 Exam Pattern:
IBPS PO conducted in three phases, Phase I is the prelim exam that consists of a paper of objective type (multiple choice questions) and carries 100 questions. This is a screening test only to
qualify for the next step and its marks will not be counted for determining their final order of merit. There will be no Sectional Cut off marks for prelims exam.

Phase-3: IBPS PO Interview
Shortlisted Candidates in the main examination for IBPS-PO subsequently called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each
State/ UT with the help of IBPS. Interviews to be conducted at select centers. The total marks allotted for the Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview must not be less
than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). However, like most interviews for various examinations, the IBPS-PO interview does not have defined syllabus but candidates need to be
articulate about his/her knowledge in General Awareness with special emphasis on Banking, Finance, and Economics along with his/her own qualification and work experience (if any) related
questions.

The syllabus for this Prelims Exam includes three subjects- English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. The prelims have sectional cutoff which implies that candidates must obtain
the minimum qualifying marks in each section to clear the exam. Candidates must also meet the cutoff to qualify for Mains and the interview round.

Bank may arrange pre-examination training at certain centres for SC/ST/Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by the Government of India.
Candidates belonging to the above categories who desire to avail themselves of such training at their own cost may indicate to that effect against relevant column while applying on-line. An

The salary payable to the PO’s differs in reference to the place of posting. The basic salary remains the same in all regions. But the other allowances which are payable by the bank differ in
