Dear Leader:
Leadership is not an individual effort. Our individual
strengths add up to the effectiveness of the organiza-
tions and collaborative efforts that we lead. We can
bring our best to the team when, as individual lead-
ers, we have ample support from our teammates
and a wider network of relationships.
In ICL’s work to help leaders build a better world,
we embrace this “both/and”—the need to strengthen individual
leadership and to strengthen collective impact.
Our programs and services provide opportunities for leadership
development in the context of organizations and collaboration:
❍ Leading from Within helps leaders at all levels discover
their unique capacities, and provides specific tools and
approaches to strengthen your confidence in leading any
group,
❍ Leading Networks and Coalitions, a Distance Learning
Plus! program, provides frameworks and skills for leaders and
teams navigating the unique dynamics of collaboration,
❍ ICL’s custom designed coaching and easily accessible
60-minute webinars support innovative thinking and strategy
development based on emerging trends.
Summer and fall are the perfect time to invest in your group’s
effectiveness. ICL’s high impact programs and services are a
perfect fit for making an investment in your leadership—for now,
and for your future. Take a look at our offerings, and let’s work
together to protect the Earth!
