Numerical entries: closing date 26 July 2019
Please indicate the number of paracanoe athletes you intend to bring to the competition in the event
“KL3 mixed”. Please include both men and women in the same event, regardless of whether they are
classified as KL2 or KL3.
Nominal entries: closing date 30 August 2019
To add a nominal entry for your paracanoe athlete, you will need to add the discipline “canoe ocean
racing” in the athlete’s profile in the athletes’ section under federation management. After adding
ocean racing, the athlete will then appear to be in the drop down menu for selection for this
competition. Please include both men and women in the same event, KL3 mixed, regardless of
whether they are classified as KL2 or KL3.
A maximum of 15 entries (all classifications, genders & nations) will be permitted in the paracanoe
competition. The first ten eligible entries will be recorded based on the date of completion of the
NOMINAL entry for the athlete in SDP. For entries 11 to 15, priority will be given to fulfill the
requirements of rule 1.7.1b in the 2019 ICF Canoe Ocean Racing rules.

early as possible.

You need to enter your teams through the nominal entries via the ICF software SDP in order to validate
them. With the nominal entries, all athletes will be automatically pre-accredited, so you do not need
to re-enter them. Be careful, you need to enter all your staff members through pre-accreditations !

VISAS
France is a state-member of the European Union. The French Embassy in your country will provide
you with all detailed information about visas. You will find details in the website on French Foreign
Affairs Ministry (http://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/en/).
Please inform in advance but no later than 9th August 2019 the Organising Committee together
with the visa form whether your team needs entry visas to France.
You will find in appendix a visa form to fulfil.
Special French law about sport and advertising
Evin laws (N. 91-32 January 10th 1991)
This law forbids advertising for all alcoholic beverages (any level of alcohol including beer) and tobacco
inside sports arenas. No advertising on tracksuits, boats, paddles, …

The organising committee will provide shuttles from and to airports and train station upon
request for all delegation. Please fulfil the form at the end of the bulletin if you needs one.

Pas de formes imposées avec une jauge, chacun est donc libre de prendre le bateau qu’il souhaite.
