L’IDEM
CREATIVE ARTS SCHOOL
L’IDEM is an international school with a double campus:
France and Barcelona.
Since 1997, L’IDEM has been training future professionals
in the creative arts, especially in the fields of animation
and graphic design.
THE SCHOOL
L’IDEM is an international platform for future animation
talents that is committed to a competitive academic
formula: technical and artistic training, active teachers
with extensive and recognized experience in the industry,
double degrees (French and European), exchanges
between students from the two campuses, attendance
at the most relevant international animation festivals,
internships in companies around the world, personalized
monitoring of each student and a methodology focused
on professional success.
The school proposes an academic program where artistic
training is very important without forgetting technical
knowledge. In addition to developing their creative
potential, student learn to master the software used in
reference animation studios and acquire knowledge
about the daily challenges of a production. Animation is a
profession that requires motivation and rigor.
L’IDEM has developed a pedagogical project based on
absolute mastery of digital designer’s skills through
classes that are entirely taught by professionals and
teachers from an English-speaking social and professional
background. In order to be able to reach the biggest and
world-renowned agencies in the best conditions possible,
our students are constantly immersed in a global creative
culture. It allows them to progressively acquire the skills,
experience and knowledge to work at an international
level.
