Dear Delegate,
Welcome to the IPAF Asia Conference & Showcase which continues to go from strength
to strength. We are pleased that in its eighth year the event returns to mainland China for
the second time, where the MEWP manufacturing and rental industries is really taking
off. This time the event comes to Hangzhou, one of China’s seven ancient capitals, known

Wednesday 17 July: The Conference on Wednesday promises to be a fantastic opportunity to hear from those
at the heart of our industry on a wide range of topics. At a time when the powered access

With a professional academic background in civil engineering and 35 years’ experience Dzung founded Tuyet Nga Co, Ltd (TNC) in 1995 and was the pioneer of MEWPs in

Lewis is a marketing professional with many years of product management experience.
One of his responsibilities at JLG is to develop and introduce the right products and
features to meet the regional customer needs based on the understanding of the voice
of local customers. Prior to joining JLG, Lewis was the China Marketing Director of
Ultralife Corporation and the Asia Pacific Marketing Director of Invensys where he was
responsible for product management, market development, and strategy development
in China and Asia Pacific. In addition, earlier in his career, Lewis also worked as a
principle consultant at the Boston office of The Parthenon Group – an American
management consulting firm.
