Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian

12-24 mths Instructors assess all students on the first day of lessons to ensure
RCSK 1 that they have been placed correctly. In the event that a child has

Personal Training Programs are a one hour, one on one,
activity based session designed to assist you in achieving
your specific goals. These programs may include, but are
not limited to, certain testing protocols specific to the
exercise prescription. Whether you want to lose weight,
