When this engineering feat of the
grandest scale is completed, the Arabian
Canal will be a vibrant home to more than
2.5 million residents
It will form a horseshoe from Palm Jumeirah passing to
the west of the new Dubai World Central International
Airport, before turning back towards Dubai Waterfront.
Varying in width between 75 and 150 metres,
excavation of the 75 km canal will create hills
and valleys never before seen in Dubai.
The Arabian Canal will be a globally recognised
landmark and the surrounding land will become
a world-class urban community enjoying a lifestyle
of convenience and envy. Residents will have access
to water activities, business, education, healthcare,
shopping, sport, and recreation, all within a stone’s
throw of their homes.
Supplied by the waters of the Gulf, the Canal will enrich
Dubai with a wealth of marinas, waterfront walkways,

Tapping into the next generation of urban design,

Situated between Jebel Ali Free Zone and Techno Park,
in front of Dubai World Central Airport on an 11 km
stretch of Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Jebel Ali will
cover more than 220 hectares in the most dynamic and
strategic part of Dubai.
Downtown Jebel Ali will be a complete mini-city of its
own, comprising over 300 buildings and spanning over
four quarters, each with its own commercial and retail
facilities. The Urban Centre will be where people meet
and businesses operate. Central to the development
will be the Plaza, a dynamic transport, retail and
entertainment hub, connecting and catering to every
aspect of life.
Whether residents choose to live in the Trellis District
of mid-rise buildings interconnected by shaded
sidewalks, parks and plazas, or the more traditional

Located on the north-east perimeter of The World
development, the World Island Resort will be our
flagship waterfront hospitality development.
Covering an upland area of approximately 105,600 m2,
this intimately scaled exclusive resort will be a new
benchmark for luxury, design, and total refinement.
From a mainland reception suite, visitors will be ferried
to the state-of-the-art resort, which will comprise a
marina with berthing for luxury yachts, exclusive spa
& wellness facilities, and a speciality restaurant.

It will be the first of five new towns planned on the
outskirts of Bangalore, India’s IT centre, and will be
a completely self-sustaining community.
With over 4,000 hectares set aside for 700,000
residents, Bidadi’s appeal is the way it will mix
professional and personal lifestyles. It will be a
neighbourhood of homes set among landscaped
parks with easy access to business, entertainment
and a wealth of civic services and amenities.
As a commercial centre, iconic office buildings will
merge with stunning hotel frontages, alongside a

Reshaping the skyline of Jordan’s capital
with its distinctive split towers separated
by a soaring shaft of space and light, Sanaya
Amman will be an architectural wonder
and an icon of luxury living
On the ground, at the heart of Sanaya Amman, will
be an open-air plaza, naturally shaded by the South
Tower and cooled by light breezes. This central space
will create a vibrant urban square with areas to
socialise and relax. There will be shopping areas
on the surrounding streets, and terraces overlooking
a lushly landscaped park with fountains.
Inside the towers, all the apartments will be light,
spacious and airy, with private terraces and hanging
gardens. The state-of-the-art gym, Jordan’s highest
suspended swimming pool and express elevators will
be just some of the features of this unique property.
Sanaya Amman will be the first green building in
Jordan, and will meet strict world environmental
standards. A dramatic Arabic limestone screen
will shade the towers’ facades from the sun, while
energy-efficient glass will reinvent the landscape’s
traditional design, providing uninterrupted views of
the historic city. Silent wind turbines will generate
electricity and stone screens will act as water heaters,
while sensors turn off lights when there is adequate
natural light.
Construction of the $300 million project broke ground
in July 2008.

Malaysia International Halal Park will
combine principled production with a prime
location to embark on the world’s first
integrated Halal trading, services, and
knowledge hub
Strategically located in Selangor State, just 40 km from
Malaysia’s federal capital of Kuala Lumpur, the project
will also be central to the city’s international airport
and Port Klang.
With links like these, and homes for 200,000 residents
on a beautiful 170 hectare plot of parkland complete
with water features, the setting is idyllic.
Malaysia International Halal Park will be a home,
business, and leisure community based around the
principles of Halal. It will provide international-standard
food processing centres, as well as offices, training, and

On the border of two countries,
Puteri Harbour will combine the best
of many worlds
The key to the development will be its location, and
this signature waterfront precinct on the southern tip
of the Malaysian peninsula will have a prime position.
It will be just five minutes from the second bridge
crossing to Singapore and only 30 minutes from the
island’s commercial centre.
Puteri Harbour will also be easily accessible via
highways linking the development to Johor Bahru
City and other parts of the country via the North-South
Highway. There are also plans for access by water
taxi, ferry and rail to Johor Bahru and other parts
of the surrounding state. Altogether, the development
will provide true freedom of movement.
This residential project will be part of the Nusajaya
development; the largest fully integrated urban
community in Southeast Asia, with land spanning

The Grove Condominium will be a two tower
condominium consisting of a private lift tower with 202
units, and a common lift tower with 238 units.
The condominium will offer “white glove” butler
and concierge services, a swimming pool, fitness centre,
children’s playground, restaurant and cafe, multi-
function hall, artistic landscape, jogging track and roof
garden.
The Grove Suites will be a luxury property investment
with 151 unit condominiums, a 12 storey building and
