Liverpool is a major city in the northwest of England situated on the river Mersey. It is well-connected via the M62 and
M6 motorways towards both the north and the south of the country, an extensive rail network and The Liverpool John

The closest university to the subject properties is The University of Liverpool with 28,795 students. The University of
Liverpool is a member of the Russell Group and was ranked 29th in The Times Good University Guide 2021, an increase
from 31st in the previous year. This increase has been driven by higher spending on student facilities and an improvement
in completion rates. The university are consulting on a £1 billion estates masterplan for the next 15 years which includes a
