Description: Stewart Brewing is Edinburgh's local, independent brewery producing hand-crafted beer in
small batches, to unique recipes. Founded by Steve and Jo Stewart in 2004, the business is
                based upon three basic principles:
                   • To produce the beers of the highest quality possible.
                   • To provide an exceptional service to its customers.
                   • To have fun while doing it.
                   • Stewart Brewing quickly established itself as one of Scotland’s most successful and
reputable breweries. Over the years, we have continued to innovate and develop,
whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh’s rich brewing history.
Having moved into a brand new brewery in 2013, or rather a custom built stainless steel
cathedral to the patron saint of beer, the Stewart Brewing team have created a number of
experiences for you; the discernible beer drinkers.
Guided tours can be booked for small groups and FIT.
