Becky is respected by her crews and is supported by her
superiors. She is anxious to prove herself and to learn about our
property and our residents. She will be a part of our Landscape
Commission meetings and will be available to share her
expertise as requested.
Becky was born in Woodstock and raised in Hebron, so she
knows this area well. She is married—her husband also works
in landscaping as an arborist—and she has one 5 year old daugh-
ter and a 9 year old stepdaughter. She and her family now live In
Spring Grove.

The Sailing Club is excited about starting the new sailing season!
The sailboats are in the process of being refurbished with
improvements done to the sails, all modern parts (rudders,
centerboards, ratchet block, tillers, etc.) so LBS’s fleet of Sunfish
will have an equal level of safety and competitiveness.
Here is what we have scheduled for the opening weekend:

by your individual Condo Board.
If any documents are missing from your Application, it will be
held up until you complete it.
Don’t actually order any materials, sign contracts, or make any
payments to your contractor until you are notified that your
project has been approved by your Condo Board.
