Biodistribution assessment studies, adressing the fate and persistence of
administrated therapeutic cell products, remain a key issue for regulatory
authorities. The comparison of qPCR and immunohistochemistry results in a
preclinical study of human ASC biodistribution in mice after IV injection will be
presented.
