O-WEEK ‘22
At the beginning of each year we give away
1000 O-Week Goodie Bags and Wallplanners to
students. These are loved by new and returning
students, and are snapped up quickly!
Wallplanners are distributed during O-Week Goodie Bags are given out

POSTERS
Whether you’re promoting an upcoming event,
launching a new product/offer or simply aiming
to increase brand awareness, posters are a great
way to get your product in front of students.
Our poster boards hang in high-traffic, key socialization areas around campus,
including the Student Lounge, Tussock Cafe, MAWSA and campus entrances.
Poster spaces can be booked a week in advance, and will be pinned carefully in
optimal placement. Your 25 posters will be hung on our campus noticeboards
for a duration of one month, unless planned otherwise. Pdf poster files are to
be provided to MAWSA, and rates are inclusive of standard paper printing. If
you want to put up a large scale poster or would like to talk about longer-term
placement, get in touch.

in the MAWSA calendar, and you can be a part
of them!
The O-Week programmes are packed full of events for new and returning
students to enjoy. Clubs Day is our biggest event, with 500-1000 students
coming through on the day to check out and join clubs, score some freebies
and see what’s going on!
We offer the oppportunity for you to get face-to-face with our students at
