Monthly Bill Rebate (24 months) for CIS XO Plan: This promotion is valid for customers who sign up for a new mobile line (including port-in) or re-contract on CIS
(Corporate Individual Scheme) XO 48 Plan (“XO Plan”) with a 24-month mobile contract term (“Eligible Customer”). Eligible Customers will enjoy the $9/$18/$25 bill rebate
on CIS XO 48, CIS XO 78 and CIS XO 108 plan respectively, every month for 24 months (“Rebate”) and will cease automatically from the 25th month onwards. Prevailing
rates for the XO plan will apply after 24 months. All benefits or promotions offered with the XO Plan including the Rebate shall be forfeited upon termination, transfer or
conversion to other mobile schemes offered by Singtel Mobile. This promotion is not valid with other promotions that may be offered, unless otherwise stated.

1) How do I apply for a line under Singtel CIS?
You can sign up at any Singtel Retail Shop, Singtel Exclusive Retailer, Online CIS Shop or call 1609. Please note that CIS XO Plans are not available
online. Kindly bring along:

Yes, you can access the Singtel Online CIS Shop for CIS Combo Plans. Not applicable for CIS XO Plans. Here is a guide to access the Singtel

3) I have an existing Singtel Personal line. Can I convert it to CIS?
Yes, you can! Here are the guidelines and conversion rates that apply. Do note that early device upgrade fees may apply.
Contract Status of Personal line CIS Conversion Allowed?
Within 1st month Yes, a conversion fee of $80.25 (incl. GST) applies.
Between 2nd and 5th month No, you are not eligible to convert to CIS.
Yes, a conversion fee of $80.25 (incl. GST) applies with a new 24-month equipment contract.
Between 6th and 11th month
Early upgrade fee of $500/$1000 applies (depending on handset model)
Yes, a conversion fee of $80.25 (incl. GST) applies with a new 24-month equipment contract.
Between 12th and 17th month
Early upgrade fee of $350 applies.
Yes, a conversion fee of $80.25 (incl. GST) applies with a new 24-month equipment contract.

4) How do I check my contract eligibility?
You can easily check your contract eligibility using any of the following methods:
i. Log in to https://myaccount.singtel.com/login.aspx with your Singtel OnePass account. On the right side of your mobile number, click on
“Show details and usage” followed by “Show contract end date.”
ii. Download My Singtel app – select “View My Plan” under the “Mobile” tab to view your contract status
iii. Call our Hotline 1688
