MobiCall

In a critical situation or in case of an incident, seconds may be crucial to save lives, prevent production
downtimes or secure buildings and their technical infrastructure. MobiCall is an alerting, information, eva-
cuation and conference system that enables fast and efficient transmission of information. At the same
time, systems and processes can be monitored. Due to the comprehensive interconnection between ma-
chines, appliances, sensors, cameras and responsible personnel, MobiCall enables, thanks to integrated
CRM and TMS, the direct transmission of important process data, critical threshold values and technical
and operational alarms.

The versatile solution offers a wide range of interfaces, integrations and transmission channels and
includes functions for personal safety, visualisation and conference management. Based on events,
the solution can alert staff and external units in charge individually or by groups interactively through all
known media using voice, text, image and video messages.

The next generation contact controller 750-8207 has been
successfully integrated into the new release. Besides the old              RS-232           4G SMS

Furthermore, the PFC-200 family routes a serial interface
(connected via RS-232) to a MobiCall or is forwarded fully

Watchdog-Box - the known features and the additionally in-
tegrated Watchdog-Client allow to autonomously alert the
predefined group of persons in case of a malfunction: The
MobiCall/MobiBBox/MobiCCloud extension can make calls
autonomously.

                                                                    Watchdog as a Service

The Watchdog as a Service runs on the MobiCCloud and receives a control call every 30 minutes from your
MobiCall alarm server. This way the functionality of your system is monitored. If a call fails, you will be alerted or in-
formed with your personal text by voice call (text-to-speech), by SMS and by mail. Two relays are switched in parallel.
Thanks to 8 sensors, the configuration can be easily tested and set. As soon as the problem is solved and the control
call is made again, you will be informed. As you are used to from your MobiCall, you also have the possibility to acti-
vate an escalation in the cloud, should the first watchdog alarm not have been acknowledged.
