We create community leaders though civic
leadership development. We connect our
Leadership program graduates with professional
and service opportunities within our regional
community because we believe that a connected
community shapes our future into something
better for everyone.
Youth Programs
We believe young people are not only the leaders
of tomorrow but fully capable of being the leaders
of today. We equip young people with the skills to
be successful in their later professional endeavors
and also build the confidence to tackle difficult
issues in the here and now.
Adult Programs
Our Signature Program focuses on solving local
problems through the education and collaboration
of budding leaders. We provide an immersive and
rewarding pathway toward self-actualization and
community development. The Emerge Program
offers young professionals and those recently
place in leadership roles the tools they need for
leadership success.
