ABOUT MORGAN
Morgan Hoffmann is a professional golfer on the PGA Tour, a pilot, and an athlete with a
passion for wellness, being active, sports, outdoors and airplanes. Having recently been
diagnosed with Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), Morgan decided to
fully accept the numerous challenges of fighting an incurable disease, and began the
Morgan Hoffmann Foundation, dedicated to treating and finding a cure for muscular
dystrophy. It is Morgan’s goal to not only find a cure, but be a role model for those
affected by debilitating diseases like MD, and be an inspiration for those determined to
live out their dreams.

           ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
After being diagnosed with muscular dystrophy at the age of 27, Morgan Hoffmann
dedicated his efforts to finding a cure and helping others gain the strength to pursue their
dreams; forming the Morgan Hoffmann Foundation.

Officially established as a non-profit organization in November of 2017, our foundation
promotes fundraising activities to find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy and programs to
empower those fighting chronic diseases to take control of their health to live longer,
better lives. We will remain committed to supporting the advancements of mental &
physical wellness, and being the difference that helps cure debilitating disease.

With our collective strength, we are determined to beat the “unbeatable”, find a cure for
MD, give support to those affected by debilitating disease and help them accomplish
their dreams.
