General Silent Auction Rules and Procedures
1. All silent auction sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are allowed.
All material items will be picked up by the buyer at the end of the event.
Certain intangible items like concert tickets will be emailed to buyers.
2. The buyer is responsible for contacting the donor for good and services
purchased. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the item.

3. Musaics of the Bay reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time
before actual sale and reject a bid from any bidder.
4. All items are sold in their current condition with no given or implied
warranty.

5. Musaics of the Bay accepts no liability or responsibility for any activities,
services, or goods purchased at the auction, including, but not limited to,
failure of delivery or failure of performance. Neither Musaics of the Bay or
the donor of the property or services will be responsible for any personal
injury or damages that may result.
6. Musaics of the Bay assumes no responsibility for the authenticity or
description of any items or for servicing or guarantees of items.

7. All special visits (private concerts, dinners, and lessons) are subject to
availability. Reservations must be made with the donor unless otherwise
specified.
8. Value indicated on gift certificates excludes tax, service charges,
gratuity, wine or beverage unless otherwise stated.

9. Each successful bidder must pay in full for auction items prior to
departure. Items may be purchased with personal check or credit card.
Checks should be made payable to Musaics of the Bay. For group
purchases, you may present separate checks, payable to Musaics of the
Bay.

10. All auction items are donations from friends of Musaics of the Bay and are
    not returnable.
11. The Silent Auction tables will close at 7:30 PM. A bid sheet will accompany
    each Silent Auction item. Bid amounts and raises are pre-determined and
    indicated on each bid sheet (exceptions apply). The bidder is asked to
    legibly write their bidder number on the line adjacent to their designated
    bid. The highest legal bid, circled at the closing of the auction, will
    constitute the winning bid.

   Arts and Culture
   Two Musaics of the Bay 2019-2020 Subscriptions:
   Enjoy access to all three Musaics of the Bay concerts this year at the
   Hillside Club featuring a variety of local and international top-tier artists.

   Two Tickets to Audrey Vardanega’s Two-Part Beethoven Project at
   the Maybeck Studios:
   Join Audrey Vardanega, Musaics of the Bay Artistic Director and Founder,
   for two evenings of Beethoven’s spectacular Piano Sonatas at the lovely
   Maybeck Studios for the Performing Arts in Berkeley, CA. 2020 marks the
   250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth; what better way to celebrate than
   by communing with his music for piano solo?

   Summer Music Lover’s Bundle: Two Tickets to the San Francisco

   of the Moon Festival:
   Take a trip to Sonoma wine country with these two tickets to the Valley of
   the Moon Festival in Sonoma. Pick from a whole selection of concerts and
   events on July 14, 2019, July 20, July 21, July 27 and July 28, 2019. This
   year’s theme is “Salonnieres: Women of Power and Influence,” so prepare

Enjoy SF International Piano Festival’s excellent programming and
spectacular pianists at one of their August concerts. This concert will
feature pianists Igor Lipinski and Jeffrey LaDeur in a special evening of
music, magic, storytelling and comedy.

SF International Piano Festival and Tanya Tomkins, Director of the Valley
