HOW TO
                       REGISTER
                        A SALES
                      CONSULTANT

    MAKE SURE YOUR NEW RECRUIT HAS –

    a.   Fully completed Sales Consultant Registration Form with
         a clear ID Copy. New recruits send this back to their
         Team Leaders / Style Stations.

         Team Leaders and Style Stations register their new
         recruits via their own personal web portal.

    b. Once registered you will receive a Unique Sales
       Consultant Code for your new Sales Consultant.

    c.   Save this code on the document provided. Refer page 7,
         alternatively registered Sales Consultants can be viewed
         on the Honey Phone App which is available to Honey
         Team Leaders and Style Stations only.

    d. You will use this code to place your Sales Consultant’s
       orders via the Honey App.

    e.   Please make sure you are sending a personal welcome
         to your new Sales Consultant once she is registered.

    f.   Follow up with a personal phone call and explain how
         your Team operates.

    g. Challenge your new Sales Consultants to place orders
       within their first week.
         (Sales Consultants are only considered active when registered
         sales have been made on their Sales Consultant code in the
         month that they have been registered.)

 the day of payment. Don’t forget to inform your Style
         Station of your payment breakdown.
 Sales Consultants must work directly with their Style
  Stations. Honey Home Office does not deal directly
                 with Sales Consultants

  Don’t forget to inform your clients about our 28 day
                    quality guarantee.

Orders must be delivered in the correct Honey packaging
and must include the white copy of the Honey Tax Invoice
as your Client’s proof of purchase (the Quality Guarantee
        and Care Instructions are on the reverse).

                             The Honey Payment Policy is

                                  5 DAYS
                            from date of placing your order.
                   All orders must be paid for IN FULL within 5 days.
         If payments are correctly referenced and paid in full there is no need
        to forward proof of payment to your Credit Facilitator. A reminder that
       payments are only allocated once they reflect in the Honey Call Account.
          Please ensure that only you as the Style Station are communicating
                  with your Facilitator and not your Sales Consultants.

                      Style Stations: Making Bulk Payments
             • A Style Station may make Bulk payment per account and
               not to be split between more than one account.
               A payment allocation breakdown including references must
               be sent to your Credit Facilitator on the day of payment.
             • Please ensure Sales Orders have been captured correctly.
               Credit balances will not automatically be allocated to
              open orders. An instruction must be given to your Credit
                                Facilitator to do so.

                                PLEASE NOTE WELL
              Payments made on weekends are only processed during
              our stipulated office hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 to
               16h30. However, weekends do form part of your 5 day

          payment.
     2.   If you are paying more than one invoice, use your unique
          Sales Order Number or Sales Consultant Code as a
          reference for your payments and send a detailed breakdown
          per Sales Order Number to your Credit Facilitator for
          processing. Please ensure you do the same for your Sales
          Consultants’ payments. Please send the breakdown on day
          of payment.
          REMINDER: Bulk payments can only be done per account.
     3.   No parcels will be sent without full payment.
          Payments will only be allocated once money reflects in our
          Absa Honey Call Account.
     4.   Invoices cannot be split and need to be settled in full (i.e. no
          partial payments). Partial payments towards orders will be
          cancelled.
     5.   Courier charges need to be settled in full in order to receive
          the next parcel. Please refer to our freight charge schedule.

       The Style Station Opportunity is a “micro-business”
opportunity enabling you to grow yourself a substantial business
  with enhanced earnings. This is a focused opportunity where
 SALES and RECRUITMENT will be the primary focus to ensuring
                          your success.

                         How do I
                    qualify to become
                     a Style Station?

   The starting challenge in your journey to owning
        your own business as a Style Station…

1. Register as a Sales Consultant within your Team Leaders Team.
2. Receive training on communication, order and payment systems and
   how to operate your business.
3. Find at least 3 like-minded people who want to join your team and
   will actively support your Style Station business… you cannot do this
   alone! They need to have active registered sales on their accounts
   to qualify within the month they register.
4. Achieve minimum group sales of R5000 in any given month to
   qualify. Anyone you introduce will be included in your group sales as
   well as your own personal sales.
5. Ensure you sell to your Clients, and your recruits sell to their Clients.

                    As a Style Station:

                      PERSONAL SALES
         20% on accessories and 15% on handbags,
               purses, shoes and fragrances

                                EXAMPLE
     1. The item in the catalogue is R100 RSP (Retail Selling Price).
        You collect this from your Client on order.
     2. Honey Home Office will invoice you R80 (nett amount) after
        discount (20% or 15%), which you pay directly into your
        Honey Call Account.
        From time to time certain products will attract a different
        discount percentage – these will be highlighted at the start
        of the promotion
     3. You have earned R20 on this order which you keep (your
        discount).

                         GROUP SALES
                       additional 5% or 10%

     1. Anyone you recruit will also earn on their personal sales as
        above.
     2. You as the Style Station Leader will qualify to earn the
        additional 5% on total group sales of R1 – R9,999 or 10% on
        total group sales of R10 000 and above
     3. This additional earning (known as a variable) will be credited
        to your Honey statement by the 7th of the following month.
        You can then request a refund to your bank account through
        your Credit Facilitator.
     4. A reminder that YOUR sales form part of the total monthly
        group sales. so it is important that YOU continue to sell.

        notification and will need to be re-ordered.

   Ensure all payments made are correctly referenced.

 Ensure detailed instructions accompany your payments

Once orders are processed they will be dispatched from
