                                     F.I.T. Functional Interval Training. Utilizes your own body weight, hand
                                  weights, stability ball, bands, etc. to mimic many motions that you perform
                                      daily. Cardio intervals are alternated with weight training exercises.
                                    Interval training keeps your heart rate up which translates to a boosted
                                  metabolism and a good overall workout. You will not only become stronger
                                      but will get the added benefit of control and balance. FIT: Functional
                                   training teaches the muscles to work together rather than independently;
  using your core to hold your body, not relying on a machine to do it for you. Note: Please bring your own
