1. NOTICE TO BIDDERS
As instructed by the administrator of Northwest Transport Investments SOC Ltd
(NTI), 4 Dimension Auctions will sell multiple properties on an online public auction.

How to Participate
1. Register as a user on our Website.
1.1. To register as a user, visit bid.4dauctions.co.za, click on the in the top right-hand corner.
Follow the instructions on the pop-up screen that follow.
1.2. For an easier option, download our Mobile App from the app store. Run the app and follow the
instructions as they appear.
1.3. When registering you must accept the Terms of Use. These terms are the Rules of Auction which
are the conditions under which your participation in the auction is governed.

1.5. Once you have registered on the system, you are ready to Register to Bid on the auction.
2. Register to Bid.
2.1. To register to bid, click on the Register to Bid button on the auction that you wish to participate in.
Follow the on-screen prompts. Once completed you registration needs to be authorised by the 4
Dimension Auctions Administrator.
2.2. To get your registration authorised, pay the required registration deposit into the 4 Dimension
Auctions trust account, as listed above, and send the proof of payment to info@4dauctions.co.za.
2.3. Once the administrator has received the proof of payment, you will be activated to bid.
2.4. To participate in more than one auction requires you to be registered to bid for each auction
independently.
2.5. Should you be unsuccessful in your purchase, the registration deposit will be refunded to you
within 24hours of the funds having cleared into the trust account.
