GUIDE FOR INCOMING STUDENTS
Dear student,
we are glad that you are interested in studying at University of Basilicata. To make your application procedure
easier, we provide you with a guide that will explain how to make your online learning agreement.
1. Open the webpage https://www.learning-agreement.eu/student/home/login.php
2. Click on REGISTER and create an Erasmus+ profile:
your email (as written in the section above)

3. Check your mailbox (also your spam box) – you will receive a confirmation email. Open it and click on
ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT
It is also possible to download E+ app into your smartphone. Simply use the button Android or iOS.
4.Your account should be activated. Return to http://www.learning-agreement.eu/
5.Now you can login and create new Learning Agreement:

6. Fill in the details about you
and about your home University (Sending Institution)
7. Click on NEXT STEP and click on CHOOSE, Select a country: Italy and then Choose the University:

8. Check the lists of our courses and choose those you would like to study,

If you need further information or the catalogue is not yet updated, please contact the department/school
coordinators of reference before filling in (the list is on page 7)
9. Check the course you want and go back to Online Learning Agreement. Click on ADD SUBJECT

Add subjects you would like to attend
at the University of Basilicata
Insert the subject details available on course catalogue (step 8) to complete the Table A or contact the
department/school coordinators of reference before filling in (the list is on page 7).
10. Complete the Table B – Recognition at the Sending Institution. Fill in also planned period in the format
month/year (for instance: from 09/2020 to 01/2021) and your Language competence (for instance: English,
level B2):

Your OLA will be accepted only if all details will be correct and filled in!
Continue to Responsible Persons and specify the Position of responsible person from Sending and
Receiving Institution
You must correct the fields with the details of the Responsible
person at the University of Basilicata (see the list below)
specifying his/her position: Erasmus Departmental Coordinator

11. Continue to COMMITMENT section
12. Click on SIGN ONLINE and sign the OLA

13. By clicking on SEND TO SENDING INST. COORDINATOR your OLA will be sent to your
coordinator for online signature.
OLA will be confirmed by The University of Basilicata only after it is signed by the coordinator from
your home university (Sending Institution)
Both Coordinators can accept or decline your LA. In both case you’ll receive an email.
