Here’s what’s new
As we responsibly in stages and smaller facility occupancy, some
new procedures are in place to mitigate the spread of germs. We
will be restricting facility occupancy for our programs.

Touchless paper towel and soap dispensers are now installed in
rest rooms

All common areas will be disinfected regularly. Additional
intensified disinfecting of the facility throughout the day in
addition to daily commercial cleaning

No water fountain use (must bring water bottle from home)

Sneeze guard installed at front counter

Required health screenings for our staff, volunteers and students
and anyone entering facility each day

Anyone in the facility will wear a mask. Children wear mask for
activity but are allowed breath breaks.

Required 6 foot social distancing inside the facility

Staggered start and end times for programs to allow for sanitizing
in between

• New Drop Off and Pick Up procedures.
  • Instructional students will come into the
    building with staff. Bees students will have ONE
    adult come in with them.
  • Health assessments will be done. Temperature
    must be below 100.4 degrees to participate in
    class. Health questions will be asked to ensure
    the child does not have symptoms related to
    Covid or has been in contact with a potential
    Covid positive individual.
  • Staff and Students and anyone entering our
    building, are asked to wash their hands
    thoroughly before leaving their home and when
    they return home.
  • Hand sanitize when entering facility
  • Class Sizes and Class offerings will be reduced
    to keep students spread out.
  • Staff will sanitize between each classes.
  • Students must arrive already dressed for class
Class students will need to wear GYMNASTICS Gripper Socks.

Drop off & Pick Up
   We are asking that INSTRUCTIONAL class students & PEP SCHOOL
students gets dropped off and enter the facility with a staff member thru
                the Drop Off Line. See DROP OFF below.

BEES Students, should drive thru the BEES Line and Park. Then walk your
child into the facility maintaining physical distancing on the lines on the
 porch and thru the lobby. Health Assessment will be done at the front
 counter for these students and adults. ONLY ONE PERSON CAN ENTER
THE FACILITY with the student. NO extra siblings. BEES PARENTS should
        wait in the lobby during class, seated at one of the chairs.

DROP OFF: Drive into the 1st entrance of the parking lot and
follow the signs for Drop Off so that Health Screening can be
done from your car. Then students will exit the car and
follow instructions of staff to enter the facility.

PICK UP: Drive into the 1st entrance of the parking lot and
follow the signs for Pick Up. We will bring your child out to
you, unless you are inside with BEES students during class. If
inside, please exit immediately after class.

    Students will get a squirt of hand sanitizer when they enter
   and when they leave the facility. Please have them thoroughly
     wash their hands before leaving home and upon returning
         home. Use the bathroom before leaving home.

If you answer YES, please stay HOME

          Have you had any vomiting In the last
          24 hours.

7   Have you done any social gathering or travel
      where masks were not worn and social
               distancing not done.

We are excited to announce our new
     monthly tuition process beginning
     soon for all of our School Year Class
       programs to simplify billing and
registration. No longer will clients need to do
 the re-registration since it’s now automatic!

 • Our 2020-21 School Year program will
   run from September 10th – June 9th
   with monthly billing.

 • Scheduled Closings: Halloween
   evening, Thanksgiving Thursday &
   Friday, Holiday break Dec 24-Jan 3rd,
   Easter Sunday, Memorial Weekend
 Four consecutive month minimum once you enroll. Complete a simple
     un-enroll form by the 20th of the month to stop future billing.

Masks
Anyone entering our
facility MUST wear a
mask, both adults and
       children.

Students will be required to
   wear a mask, but we
understand their need for a
      breath break.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD

As we work hard towards promoting enhanced hygiene,
                               all of our class students will be required to wear
                             GYMNASTICS GRIPPER SOCKS or gymnastics shoes

GYMNASTICS GRIPPER SOCKS can be purchased at our HARFORD
GYMNASTICS online Pro-Shop store and will be ready for pick up at our facility.

SLIP ON SHOES: To make going and coming smooth, please send your child
with easy slip on shoes. Once you get your socks, be sure to have them on
when you arrive.

LEOTARD preferred for Girls and T-SHIRT & Shorts for Boys
• PLEASE no leotard with a skirt (It gets caught when doing bars)
• Shorts are fine over the leotard
• T-shirt and Athletic shorts/pants can be worn in place of a Leotard

HAIR: Long hair should be pulled back

GYM BAG: Must be brought to each class
• This is needed for the child to put their slip on shoes & jackets during class

Live Stream of Your Child’s Class
  Go to SPOTTV.PRO and CREATE your
              ACCOUNT

Harford Gymnastics has integrated SpotTV
 to stream our classes. SpotTv is a secure
way for parents to view their child’s class
on their personal device from your car or
  from home. This is a way to view your
 child’s class without having to enter our
facility. This integration will have security
   features in place for no screen shots
 allowed and you will only be allowed to
     view your child’s scheduled class.

COVID HOTSPOTS
  Has child been around others outside their
household without wearing a mask and without
    staying 6 ft apart… even when eating?

  Has child been in close contact with a positive
          covid case within last 14 days.
IF the answer is yes, they should NOT attend class
             for 14 days from contact.
 PLEASE Do NOT send your child if
 they are feeling ill,have a fever, or
  if they are coughing or sneezing.

➢ All registration should be done online
  to minimize personal contact. We will
  be happy to assist you with that. We
  may be able to make some exceptions,
  if necessary. We want to work with you
  to make our transition as easy as
