Work placements • Students undertaking the IBCP will complete work placements at various times of the year- timings are TBA • Work placements are arranged by students themselves (much like work experience in Grade 10) with the support of the school • Work placements are designed to complement the students’ interests, career related study (Business) and strengths • Work placements could include industries Munich is renowned for such as: • Technology: biotech, environmental • Hospitality and travel • Travel • Mechanical- auto, aeronautical • Communications • Sport

• Students at BIS will complete 2 mandatory DP subjects:
• ENGLISH A or B either at HL or SL
• MATHS- either MATHEMATICAL STUDIES (SL) or MATHEMATICS SL
• Students can select 1 DP subject option at either HL or SL:
• GROUP 4 SCIENCES
• Computer Science, ESS, Design technology (*)
• GROUP 6 ELECTIVES and SOME HUMANITIES
• Theatre, Visual Arts, Music, Geography, History (*), Economics (*)
• CP students will be timetabled with the DP students in these
classes.
