Bungalows and mobile homes include hot water, toilet facilities, shower, kitchenette, veranda, kitchen equipment (pots
and pans, cutlery, tableware, mocha coffee-maker), refrigerator, gas cooker, pillows and blankets.
The mobile homes are air-conditioned.
Prices are per week and include: VAT; consumption of electricity, water and gas; entrance to the swimming-pools,
children club, shows and entertainment; car parking inside the Holiday Camp, beach service with umbrella, chairs and
bed.
The roulottes don’t have toilets and running water and their price is not inclusive of the beach service.
• The prices are exclusive of city tax.
• The week of Ferragosto must be combined either with the previous or the following week.
• The facilities booked are available from 4 pm to 9 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the
day of departure.
• Extras include: € 30.00 for the final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette); pets € 2,00 per day.
• Optional extras cover: cots (€ 3.00 per day); each extra bed (if allowed): € 10.00; extra bed linen and towels (if
requested); the use of sports equipment (tennis, soccer and adventure park) not pertaining to the entertainment
activities; first row on the beach: € 30.00 per week (subject to availability)BOOKING CONDITIONS
• The reservation request must be confirmed, after the confirmation of the availability, with the payment of a co-signatory
deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. The failure to pay this sum will entail the loss of the right of reservation. The balance
is to be paid precisely on the day of arrival. No refunds will be paid in the event of late arrival or early departure, regardless
of the reason.
• Arrivals are from 4 pm to 9 pm; they may only be waived by means of a telephone notification of late arrival. If twenty-four
hours have expired since the scheduled arrival and no relative notification has been received from the client, the
Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to reserve the facility to other clients.
• In case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded in full if the notification of the cancellation itself is forwarded via a written
notice at least 30 days before the start of the period reserved. No refund will be given to those who cancel within 29 days
prior to the start of the holiday or in case of no-show.
• Only in period A, the list price will be increased by 30% on a daily basis for stays less than a week.
• The presence of pets must be reported at time of booking.

DOGS AREAREGULATIONS • The Management’s permission, the delivery of the documents and its legal registration is mandatory for entry to the Holiday Camp. All the guests of the Camp will be equipped with an identification bracelet for a quick and easy identification. • Campers are required to vacate the camping area by 12.00 am on the day of their departure. Should they remain later than the time allotted they will be required to pay the daily rate in full. Bungalows must be vacated no later than 10:00 am. Arrivals must take place between 16.00 and 21.00. • The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to turn down unwanted or extra campers. • Visitors are not allowed in unless they are authorized by the Management. They must turn in their identity documents. Should their visit last more than 1 hour they must pay the daily fee as per the price list. However, visiting is not allowed on Sundays. • The area for tents or caravans will always be assigned by the Management, whose regulations campers are due to abide by. • From 14.00 to 16.00 and from 23:55 to 7:00 any noise (including the assembly or disassembly of tents) that may disturb in any manner is strictly prohibited. Sound-producing devices must be kept at low volume and will remain off during hours of silence. The guests who cause any disturbance in any manner will be turned away from the Holiday Camp. • The circulation of cars and motorcycles inside the Camp is forbidden from 23:55 to 7:00 every day and from 14.00 to 16.00 every day except on Fridays and Saturdays. In the remaining hours circulation is allowed only at a very low speed. At any rate, guests are asked to limit the use of cars and motorcycles to a minimum. • Guests will have to take care of their personal belongings: the Management is not responsible for any theft or damage except for the items entrusted to it and accepted with delivery receipt. • Guests must respect the vegetation, the hygiene and the cleanliness of the premises. They will have to take care of whatever the bungalows are equipped with. The Management reserves the right to seek compensation for damaged and broken items. In addition, upon their departure guests will have to leave their bungalow clean and tidy, after providing for the cleaning of pots and pans. • Dogs are allowed in the Village under observance of the regulation dedicated. Management reserves the right to evict without prior notice anyone who fails to comply with that regulation. • Whenever electrical sockets are necessary their utilisation will be allowed following the Management’s authorization and exclusively for use with lighting and refrigeration appliances. They must be grounded for their operation to be performed safely. • It is forbidden to play with balls and mats in the swimming-pool and to behave in a manner that may cause disturbance to other guests. Guests are also required to follow the provisions of lifeguards, who will send away whoever does not comply with these rules. • It is forbidden to leave camping bulky waste (ferrous material, furniture, refrigerator, chairs, etc.). • It is strictly forbidden to light fires in the Camp. • Should the Management perceive a failure to comply with these rules and behaviours as a source of harm to the harmony and spirit of the campsite, it will be authorised to expel from the Camp any misbehaving guest as unwanted.
