ROSTERS HAVE BEEN UPDATED BASED ON ACCEPTANCE AND DECLINATION EMAILS, AND TEAM PLACEMENT
HAS BEEN ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Players that were moved were only moved UP. No players were moved down.
• If you have already registered for the spring/summer season, and your team placement has changed, WE WILL
ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. Nothing you need to do on your end.
• If you have not yet registered, please do so by the end of the day on FRIDAY, MARCH 15TH for the UPDATED
TEAM PLACEMENT
• Spring Practice schedules will be released THURSDAY, MARCH 14TH on this same document
• IF YOU NEED A UNIFORM OR PRACTICE JERSEY AND HAVE NOT YET ORDERED, PLEASE DO SO BY
11PM THURSDAY, MARCH 14TH (see instructions below)
UNIFORMS - URGENT! - This summer's uniform is the same as last summer's uniform and this past fall/winter season. If
you do not have a uniform AND practice jersey or you need a new size, you must order by 11PM on Thursday, March
14th through the link below. Sample sizes are available at UBT if needed. PLEASE NOTE: U15 – U17 ADIDAS

U17 BOYS REGIONAL BRANDON 1 – WHITE SCHEDULE Our intention is to have no more than 10 players per team. While we anticipate a high percentage of players confirming their spots, history shows that some players will decline their spots. As this happens, OSA reserves the right to move players to balance out the teams. Players could potentially move up based on individual responses, but players will not move down. OSA Spring/Summer Select Fee and Payment Structure
All fees include weekly practices, weekly skill academies, and all spring and summer tournaments. All players will also receive free
open gym membership at OSA through September 2019, as well as a 30% discount on all summer camps. The fees below DO NOT
include the uniform, for which all participants will need to order online.
Participants MUST register no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 15TH to secure your spot on your team. Payment can be made in full, or it
can be broken down into two if desired. First payment of $600 is due with registration by March 15; Balance Due April 15th (OSA will
run card on file for balance due on April 15th).

By committing to participate in the OSA Crusaders Select Program, I understand that:
• All team fees must be paid in full or according to the payment schedule set by the Omaha Sports Academy.
• I am responsible for all fees by said due dates, regardless of how much my child attends or if my child quits playing mid-season.
• Any default payment may result in my child being dismissed from the team until my account is brought current.
• Any delinquent fees will be turned over to a collection agency if I fail to keep my arrangements.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• I understand that if my child played on an OSA team the previous year, it does not necessarily mean he/she will play on the
same team or at the same level this year.
• I will not be verbally abusive, rude, disrespectful or sarcastic to players, coaches, officials, other fans, and OSA Management,

• Disregard for appropriate behavior may result in my child being dismissed from the team.
• Players perform better when a lot of positive cheering carries throughout the game regardless of the score or past performance.
