INTRODUCTION
                        Given the events of the last year, 2021 is a good
                        time to pause, engage and talk about the future
                        we want for Auckland Cricket.

                        This is an open, emergent and on-going process.
                        What follows is intended to stimulate thinking,
                        questions, learning and action.

HOTSPOTS
Success in this work will require us face into our
hotspots - issues that as a community we said
distract, undermine and drain our energy. We need
to have brave conversations and take responsibly
for finding new ways to relate and work in these
spaces.
