In 2012/13 the Tube saw a record breaking year . . .

•   Record passenger numbers: 1.229 billion journeys

•   Record reliability: delays down by 20%; down 56% since 2002/03

•   Record service levels: operating 4.5% more kms over 2011/12

This includes ensuring that our next generation of upgrades – which
includes the Piccadilly line – provide greater capacity, faster, more
frequent and reliable trains.

Why are we engaging?
• We regularly engage with our customers in
  order to have a dialogue about a specific issue
  or set of issues.

• We have looked at and made changes to
  stopping arrangements at Turnham Green a
  number of times in the past and we want to
  know if there is something which hasn’t yet
  been considered as we review our stopping
  arrangements.

• Every response we receive is being analysed

       • Upgrade will deliver an even more reliable service
         and new air-conditioned, walk-through trains from 2014
   – Piccadilly line early morning and late night
       • Until 06:50 Mon-Sat, 07:45 Sunday
       • After 22:30 every evening

   – Services from Gunnersbury, South Acton stations

London Buses
   – 11 bus routes from around Turnham Green station
