Medicare retirees will continue to receive $13 per month per year of service.
Exchange – Monthly HRA Contribution • Participants who retired before January 1, 1994
Medicare Retirees Enrolled in Via Benefits receive the 15-year ($165) base contribution
Years of Service Contribution
• Participants who retired on or after January 1, 1994,
5 $65 the contribution is $13 per month per year of service
6 $78 beginning with 5 years ($65) to a maximum of 20

8 $104 • Employees hired after January 1, 2010 who retire

disabled, do not receive a years of service subsidy
